Sugar Hill Auto was one of the affiliated body shops with our insurance agency, USAA. After being struck on my way to work, I submitted my claim the same day and was able to drop my vehicle off to Sugar Hill Auto that evening so they could complete the estimate the next day. I received prompt follow-up communication and was able to leave my vehicle with them until the repairs were completed. The staff are all very professional and made a stressful situation very easy to navigate. They completed the work quicker than anticipated and were very accommodating with my schedule when arranging pick up of the vehicle. As a very busy mom of 3 with a large family dog, my car is always in need of cleaning. Sugar Hill Auto washed the outside of my vehicle and vacuumed the inside before I picked it up!! I was very satisfied with the service I received and very impressed with the staff who not only work in the auto shop, but those who work in the gas station who were available to assist after hours. I highly recommend Sugar Hill Auto!!

Sugar Hill Autobody is a gem of a gas station / service center / auto body shop in Newtown, CT. Two years ago they did a PERFECT job repairing my 2021 GMC Yukon after it was hit by someone in a parking lot. They made it look like new again. Throughout the process, the communication was clear and they always responded in a timely manner to my phone calls / emails. In addition, Sugar Hill has assisted me with other small jobs through the years. I can't say enough about how organized and professional they are. In addition, they take pride in their work. I highly recommend Sugar Hill Auto in Newtown for all your car's needs.

My Insurance company Amica recommended Sugar Hill for body work after my son's car was rear ended in bumper to bumper traffic causing him to hit the car in front of him. I met Cole who assessed the hood damage. He says to me the structure is good, you have a 1500 deductible, its a 2015 Camry. He bends the lock allowing us to open and close the hood. He bends the hood to make the gap looks perfect. Then he looks at a side bumper gap not related to the accident and puts a zip tie into a bracket perfecting that gap. He tells me no charge, drop the claim which I did. Cole is honest, calming and a blessing to deal with. Sugar Hill has an A+ with the better business bureau . I understand why that is so. I highly recommend Cole and Sugar Hill. Wow what a great day! Thank you Cole!

Sugar Hill is amazing ... friendly, helpful and spot-on for repairs! My fender was replaced in record time, great job and the car came back cleaner inside and out, than when I dropped it off! Joe and Neil are the best!
