Normally, I don’t bother with these sort of things, but I want to point out how one special individual can make a huge difference in customer satisfaction. Today I was helped by Simon Garcia at the Newtown store. This young man went out of his way to help me resolve a perplexing problem and I just want to say to his managers. What a credit he is to your organization.

Absolutely horrible experience.
I came in Tuesday and I asked about a phone trade in and he was passive aggressive with me when I was trying to understand the process.
I made an appointment to come back following his instructions.
They are not staffed at all, I had the nee advanced appointment and checked in a the front, and waited an hour and a half and my appointment wasn't listed after multiple confirmations.
After asking and finally getting with someone they told me I could no longer trade in my phone. They wasted my time and made my previous phone useless.
Avoid at all costs.

If im trading in a spectrum phone that im paying on and worth 800$ in trade and paying the rest off today with cash, why would you need a credit check? You just lost a sale my friends. No wonder nobody likes spectrum. I can totally see it now. Good thing we moved and have frontier fiber. They are fantastic! 25$ a month for full fiber internet. Im so pist at the service I received today, you literally turned down a sale for absolutely nothing! I didn't argue, I just walked out

The worst unorganized store I’ve visited on the East Coast from Florida to Connecticut. How is it possible that they don’t have any iPhone Pro Max on launch day or the upcoming days? Either the employees are keeping them for friends and family or Spectrum hates this market that they couldn’t bother sending Inventory. To make things worse they claim they can’t see what’s coming.

I’m a current custom paying off both phone and watch. I go into the store to pay off my phone and watch and do a possible trade in and the sales associate says okay I will have to run a credit check to buy a new phone never heard of such a thing when purchasing a new phone . Then said no that’s okay and walk right said I’m going to decline all services .

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Spectrum Internet. Despite their promises, the service was consistently unreliable, with frequent outages and painfully slow speeds that made it impossible to get anything done.
To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I called to report an issue, I was met with long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and a complete lack of urgency to resolve my problems. It felt like nobody there cared about their customers' concerns.
When I finally had enough and decided to cancel the service, I was shocked to learn that they wouldn't provide any refund for the remaining period of my contract. They only offered a credit if I stayed with their service, which was the last thing I wanted to do after such a poor experience. It's clear to me that Spectrum prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Spectrum Internet to anyone. Their subpar service, coupled with atrocious customer support, makes them a company to avoid at all costs.

Worst cell phone provider ever they charged my mom for using WhatsApp and Facebook messenger. The purpose of those apps is so that you can call internationally for free, but apparently they charge you for it. Now she’s stuck with a huge bill and they do not want to credit her.

Brian L was the Spectrum sales person who helped me today was simply terrific. He listened to my situation and spent almost 90 min trying to solve my lost phone situation by carefully analyzing my needs, phone use, saving and transferring all of my info to a new phone. He was thorough, interested in my questions with good feedback and a pleasure to work with. A real pro with a super personality representing Spectrum in the best of all lights. Thank Brian.

Typically my experiences with spectrum have not been good. They sent a email saying we needed new equipment by a certain date; they would send equipment and we got to set it up or loose our television service. Spectrum tv has raised prices ALL THE TIME. SO, customer does the installation in time to avoid no service. Customer is required to get an app and password. We give them more money, they get us to do their work and they get to sell our data. Spectrum sucks.
