“I visit this UPS about once a month to return items purchased online, and have always been met with fast, efficient, and friendly service, even though I always pop in at the busiest times (weekdays around 5 pm, or Saturdays around 2 pm). Today, I mistakenly brought an item that was only for return to USPS, only realizing after I had entered the store that I should have brought it to the post office, not UPS. The staff still kindly taped up my unsealed package for me, slipped the return shipping label into a plastic shipper, attached it to the package and placed it in their USPS outgoing bin. This was very much appreciated, as I had rushed in after work, on my way to another appt, and it was my mistake in not reading my own shipping label carefully.”

Since we had such a weird & difficult ask, we ended up having some miscommunication with the staff. However, even though they were super busy, they reprinted our order to our liking and made sure we were taken care of. Marco and Selena were incredibly hospitable and seemed in sync with each others. The woman at the counter went above and beyond to help me as she saw me struggling w the package, also coming in from the rain. She followed up again and again and guided me through how to find if the package had been delivered without Angie, I don’t know if I would have found my package. Angie is the bomb.”

The postal workers here are trying hard. They are under staffed so things can take a while. But they were very polite and very apologetic about how long it took them to do things.”

Today was the first time going and they handled my problem with no issues,
I didn’t ask for the guys name but he deserves a raise
Had a different post office around that make me lose two days of work for passport appointments that got cancelled on the spot I explained this to the guys working and he went out of his way to help us out handling everything and didn’t even put a face or a bad attitude like most places do
If I could give a better review I would and again this guys working there deserves a raise because he is so nice and polite n handles situations with care”
