From the moment I stepped into the door, I was promptly greeted and assisted with no hesitation at all. Michelle had such a friendly and helpful demeanor. Her expertises shined through as she explained the different options of colors and shades. I truly appreciated how she took the time to learn about my upcoming project, as well as my interests to assist me with finding the perfect color. Also, while in the store another customer came in and she remembered them by name and their prior purchases, to assist them. This just goes to further show her dedication not only to her work, but the people she serves. I highly recommend working with Michelle for all paint needs.”
“I love the Danbury location. This is another location that has the worlds best staff but such a little store. They have the essentials so I can't knock them but this location is specifically for paint and wallpaper. They don't have many hardware options at all. That's my only tiff with this location hahah. Other than that, there is no better place in Danbury or Brookfield for paint. All the staff is truly wonderful and Ben is the absolute MVP. I go to him for just about everything.”
“Located on route seven in the Staples shopping center. Plenty of parking in front. The prices here are a little higher than Home Depot, but they make up for that with quality. They do carry all your painting needs and anything you could think of for your projects. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Anytime I shop here, I know I will be getting exactly what I need. They also take paint recycling. Please call ahead to make sure their bins are not full.”

“I cannot thank Elizabeth in customer service enough! I had had an issue with blinds. Once she became aware of the issue, she cheerfully and professionally launched into action to rectify the problem. More than that, she diligently updated me often so I knew exactly what was going on with replacement and the timing. In fact, even when she was heading out of town for vacation, she called me while en route to update me! That is going above and beyond. This service by Elizabeth was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. “The four star is not because of staff or service (the staff was friendly, competent and quick to respond, no issues), it's just because the store is a bit small and has somewhat limited variety and number of items. Paint itself appears to be plentiful (I only got primer this time) but gear and supplies are a bit limited.”
