“If you’re in need of anything gaming, Pokemon, collectible, etc. this is your place! Meredith is always incredibly kind and helpful. I first started shopping here when I needed a birthday present for my boyfriend who loves Pokémon. Not only was I able to find items my boyfriend doesn’t have (a somewhat difficult task since my bf is a big collector) but they answered every question I had and were very patient. Now it’s my go to place! Plus I would MUCH rather support a smaller business over a place like Amazon any day especially since Amazon’s Pokémon cards aren’t the most trustworthy anyway. Nutmeg for the win!”

She was kind, courteous and helpful while she alternated assisting me and monitoring the checkout register with attention to the customer's needs. Kathleen should be commended for her outstanding customer service, which is rare in today's world of retail sales. “Stumbled upon this place after dinner next door while visiting family. Huge inventory of pretty much anything you could want. Crawler corse and indoor track as well and staff was kind enough to let my son test out a few different 'shop' units (he already runs a lot of rc so knowledge/skill was not an issue). It was late and there was a lot of people still in the store so they have a great following and seem to have an even better social connection to the community as well. Even the other customers were very social/friendly and engaged us in coversation about products, events, etc. Next time we are in town we already are planning time specifically to go back to this store!”
