Bill Duncan just dropped off my Mini. Bill took the time to go over where I wanted the mini placed. He suggested that he put the mini on an angle instead of going straight back. By doing this my maple tree branches would not be damaged as well as the shoulder of the driveway which is raised. He took great care in placing the mini as well as showing me how to and close the door, to make sure the door hooked into the device on the floor of the mini. He even showed me where the escape handle is just in case I were to get locked in. Fortunately you can hook the open doors into a space on the outside body of the unit. I'm very grateful for the time Bill took setting up and explaining everything to me. Thank you for having a great employee in Bill Duncan, I couldn't have asked for better person.

We had a great experience from the beginning with go minis. They came and gave us a consultation to figure out what size we needed. Had a driver come, set up & drop off the minis. And when it was time to move they coordinated the drop off time everything ran smoothly & they were right on time and they removed them quickly for us we appreciate all the help we got customer service did an awesome job keeping me informed . They kept me notified the whole time. I would definitely recommend them . Sending a shout to the team GREAT JOB!!

We are so thankful we found Go Mini’s. After a flood at our home we needed a container to hold what we were able to salvage while renovating. Go Mini’s were so easy to work with. They were extremely professional. They gave us our quote promptly, set up a convenient time for delivery. The driver was also great. He called stating that he was thirty minutes away on delivery day. Once he arrived he confirmed delivery location. He quickly unloaded and confirmed I was satisfied with the delivery. He also ensured I was comfortable with opening and securing the container.
This is a true representation of an organized company that provides phenomenal customer service from beginning to end.
I highly recommend Go Mini’s to anyone in need of storage containers.

Great experience. The initial delivery was on time, placed well, and the driver was friendly and professional. The move was local, but very smooth as well. Unit was picked up and moved to a different location within a couple days of it being empty. The same driver who dropped it off initially picked it up and again a pleasant experience even though it was the end of the day for him. Communication with the GM and other office employees was efficient.

Gerard was in fact the "maestro of storage". He was able to park it perfectly where we needed it in our complex and still give me room for parking . Very helpful and showed me how it all works.

Great experience so far with receiving our GoMinis for our long distance move. Bill delivered the pods and was super nice and professional. He made sure the pods were clean, level and where we wanted them. Working with John and Heather has been great as well and looking forward to fishing our move.
