Came in with clothes and was told they needed to be on hangers. Left and drove 30 min home and the next day brought back several Vineyard Vines, Coach, DB, J Crew, Prada clothing and purses in great shape that I no longer use. Walked in and then was now told after another 30 min drive that she doesn’t take clothes after 2. Will never ever be returning to this place again. To top it off she said she was “swamped” sitting on her phone when I came in and had a very rude demeanor. Very disappointed and will not be back.

I love Fashion Exchange!! I've been coming here for years, and I will continue to shop here for as long as their door is open. The owner is wonderful and always so nice, as well as the women who have worked here over the years - they're so helpful and polite. I've never had a bad experience here, and I always leave with something special!

Since I moved to Newtown in the 1990s, I have had the pleasure and honor to frequent this remarkable shop. Janet is the chicest woman I know whose beautiful appearance rivals the shop's offerings. Stunning clothes, an astounding array of jewelry, and top-notch designer offerings at incredible prices! Best women's consignment shop in the universe!

Run here. Now. This is probably the best curated selection of women's vintage I have ever seen, with SUPER REASONABLE prices. I stumbled across this shop today, my dog was getting groomed a few doors down and I saw it on maps and wandered in. The sale room had so many good finds, all of the summer/spring stuff was on sale for such amazing prices. The jewelry collection was insane, so many beautiful and elegant pieces. There was a rack of some of the most beautiful furs I’ve ever seen! Some cool designer finds, so many unique pieces. You need at least an hour to really go through all the racks. The store itself is beautifully and thoughtfully set up. The owner is so kind and clearly passionate about what she does. Definitely will be coming back frequently from now on!
