I am glad I stopped in -- friendly, helpful and refreshing to speak to actual people in person from the community who were able to listen to what I needed and suggest options. The rates I received were actually better than those of the online insurers I had been using.

I spoke with Ibrahima Faye in your office about switching my auto insurance to State Farm after many years with another firm. He did not do a hard sell, but instead just gave me the information I needed in a clear, concise fashion. I have two policies with this agency after moving back to CT. Everyone has been very pleasant to work with and they've answered all my questions quickly and efficiently.
