I've been with Brittany for a little over 2 years now. I was very hesitant to switch insurance companies, but I decided to give Brittany a try and boy am I glad I did! Brittany and her staff are so nice and welcoming! I very rarely give any company 5 stars but they truly deserve it. They were honest and patient with me through the transition and they walked me throughout the entire process and let me know everything to expect. They explained to me the best way to bundle all my insurance needs and saved me thousands from what I was previously paying. It's such a fun and upbeat office, it makes you excited every time you step in the place. I definitely recommend purchasing insurance from this office. No gimmicks! No games! TOP TIER!!!

This review may be quite lengthy due to my experience with Brittany but I’ll leave a professional and personal feedback.1.) professionally - When I called and asked questions about the insurance policies, she was very knowledgeable and was able to get back in contact within a timely manner after the 1st attempt of reaching out. The inside of her business is clean and very hospitable with the customer service from the employees.2.) personally - knowing her progress from when I first met her in 2017/2018 , to how she currently runs her business inspired me to want to become a business owner. Throughout our acquainted history , She made me realize some things about myself that I was not able to convey into words or feelings. Today , I’m a better person and to also witness this woman’s growth, Makes happy to say that I’m glad we’ve met!5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t take giving five ratings lightly. But Brittany and staff at the State Farm office in Newtown is well deserving. They handle any issues I may have from billing to accidents they are attentive and knowledgeable. I have all my insurance with Brittany and I am happy I switch from another company. Give her a try; you will be glad you did.

So happy I switched, literally saved me over a hundred dollars a month on car insurance. Brittany also helped me when I wanted to get life insurance. All staff is so nice and helpful!

Brittany and her team are a pleasure to work with. No gimmicks or high pressure sales tactics. I've gotten home, auto, and business insurance through them and saved quite a bit of money. The office staff are friendly and always willing to assist.
