Hands down one of the best moving companies I have worked with. Elsa very quickly got me a contract to ship a piano halfway across the country, which had been a problem for various other movers as well as ones that claimed to specialize in pianos. The movers were prompt and skilled. My cargo was delivered perfectly. Thank you so much!

Yesterday was our second move using Braun. My husband and I were extremely pleased once again with the entire process. From Elsa who coordinated the move, to the 4 men who worked so hard yesterday to make sure my husband and I were happy with the physical move. The movers were very professional, friendly and efficient. I was very worried about moving my chandelier, but they built a crate for it and they were so very careful with it. The chandelier arrived perfectly! ?We greatly appreciated their attention to detail and concern for the items being moved.Thank you Braun Moving once again! I would highly recommend Braun moving!

I would give a zero if I was able to ! The workers were fine all but for ruining two expensive antiques, breaking multiple items they packed and items not showing up at all. This was a very expensive interstate move and there was zero communication from the coordinators on my arrival date. When I finally got her on the phone she said we weren’t receiving the whole load and the second half would come within 2 weeks ! Never any calls on this! We pleaded for the rest of our things to be sent asap ! We paid a huge amount of money andContracted for a full delivery…. Not half and their attitude was purely unacceptable! Multiple emails. Multiple calls unanswered. Even the owner Steve went Mia after they were paid they were done with us ! It’s been 3 months of ongoing nonsense! They took our money and ran ! Buyer be ware ! Look at all the other Braun complaints listed by unhappy customers … I wish I had ! Choose another company who will stand behind their work !

Such a disappointment! we used this company for a local move in the past and went back to them for our move down south. Our coordinator was on vacation the week of our pack and this is where it all went down hill. We contracted and paid for a one time delivery to find out the night before the delivery only half of our items were arriving ! NO communication at all on that issue. I had to keep calling the office to get the woman on the phone. We then had to wait another week for the rest of our items to be driven down ! Next we found out on the last day of the second truck with the rest of our items that they broke our 17 c amoire glass door ! They decided to take it upon themselves and send it out to be fixed. We waited about a month more for the door to arrive with 17 pieces of the armoire lying on our bedroom floor for that amount of time. They also broke a second 18 c Chinese Cabinet as well as we had multiple missing items and broken items that we paid them to pack ! multiple phone calls and countless emails to no avail. finally spoke to one of the owner's Steve who wanted to make this situation right. We were hopeful however now HE has gone missing with zero communication! We are beyond upset with how we were treated and continue to be treated They took our money and ran ! bottom line is BE WARE ! This company wants nothing but your money and doesn't step up when items are broken due to their own negligence! I will be contacting the BBB look elsewhere for a reputable moving company !

Ugh. I called these guys for a move to a location that is only 90 minutes away. I have a three bedroom decent size house and wanted the full service-moving with packing. Guy comes out to my house. Spends an hour yacking it up. Then I get a text saying they won't move me because they have too many moves to do. LOL. A business that refuses to take new business because they are too busy is not any business worth using. I am sure this would have been close to $6500 or so-give or take. Again, a business that refuses business because they are too busy is not worth using.

Recently moved from CT to NC, and we were very impressed with and thankful for Braun Moving throughout the whole process. Elsa was very friendly and responsive. The movers were prompt and friendly, and efficient loading and unloading. They moved us out on a Friday and in on Tuesday (we were very happy only having to wait a few days). They were the most reasonably priced moving quote that we received by far, and even the final payment with additional items and boxes we added was very fair. So glad we chose them. I don't think it could have gone any more smoothly.

Don't waste your time emailing or calling for a quote. You can't get a straight answer from Doug on a move quote or one way auto quote. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

About 8 months ago pick up service in CT was done in a crazy rush..so of course, some delicate items were not properly packed..however delivering guys to SC were very good; excellent, actually.about 5 items(family heirloom antiques) were damaged; when applied for insurance coverage, hard to reach Elsa's behavior was utmost reluctant.., insisting to refer repairs, and not insurance value. At the end, after several months, they only paid for repairs done locally, and never paid for, an antique lamp which I had to trash for being irreparably damaged.

With only a few days notice, we were able to book a local move of household items with Braun Moving. Move was quickly scheduled and moving team arrived as scheduled. Move team asked for directions on what needed to be moved and followed instructions. Move was completed efficiently and without any issues. Would use Braun Moving again.
