“They are very knowledgeable on both the cars and their customers. After buying 4 new tires at Mavis, I felt a very strong thumping underneath whenever I turned the wheel either way and even a small amount of I drove forward or back, even slowly. After Mavis checked to be sure it had nothing to do with their work, they suggested J&J. The people there were ready for me at appointment time, recognized the problem, got the parts (differential) in 1 day. Ready for repair appointment next day, recognized and remembered car and me. Told me how long (2 days). Fixed problem as promised (actually by noon next day). Car feels great now. The were quick as promised and did a great job. Very highly recommend. They know what they're doing and are fair and honest. Can't say enough about them. If I need any work done on my car it's good to know of a reliable repair shop in town.”

They made sure to recommend a rental place that picked me up and dropped me off. When I picked up my car they had thoroughly cleaned the inside and the outside. Who does that anymore??? “Sugar Hill Auto was one of the affiliated body shops with our insurance agency, USAA. After being struck on my way to work, I submitted my claim the same day and was able to drop my vehicle off to Sugar Hill Auto that evening so they could complete the estimate the next day. I received prompt follow-up communication and was able to leave my vehicle with them until the repairs were completed. The staff are all very professional and made a stressful situation very easy to navigate. They completed the work quicker than anticipated and were very accommodating with my schedule when arranging pick up of the vehicle. As a very busy mom of 3 with a large family dog, my car is always in need of cleaning. Sugar Hill Auto washed the outside of my vehicle and vacuumed the inside before I picked it up!! I was very satisfied with the service I received and very impressed with the staff who not only work in the auto shop, but those who work in the gas station who were available to assist after hours. I highly recommend Sugar Hill Auto!!”
