I am at the tail end of our kitchen renovation and wow I feel like I’ve lost 15 years off my life. The only thing that was enjoyable from this entire experience was going into their showroom to pick out my kitchen. Absolutely every step every that has been a NIGHTMARE. My designer was Darien and after we paid and left the day of the designing he did not see anything through and we did not ever hear from him after. We had to use our own installer (that wren recommended, who was also horrible, our own plumber, our own electrician) all extra costs separate of the materials. Our fridge and oven we were told were back ordered the day of delivery of everything else. The following day they called to say it we in stock and they would deliver it one week later. Wren comes the day of the delivery to just drop them off and leave them outside!!! They stated they couldn’t bring them inside. After spending hours on the phone with my contact at wren i finally got escalated to Angel who tried to do his best but could not do much for us. Finally, they sent someone the next day to bring the fridge and oven … they couldn’t get it through the door!!! LOL. They come out to measure the house TWICE but they didn’t measure the door area to make sure all the appliance can get in? They asked me to sign a waiver in order to take the door frame down or I’d have to wait “weeks” for a fridge and oven again. They completely destroyed our newly painted door frame, as in we need new walls AND door frame surrounding it, all out of pocket expenses we will have to pay for. Now we’re waiting for the countertop, which I’m sure they will trouble with that too. They already told us one date and changed it to a later date. Should be fun.I will never NEVER NEVER use Wren in my life ever again and could not recommend ANY other company enough. I’ve lived through a kitchen renovation during the pandemic and that was a smoother process which says a lot.

Whatever you do, steer clear of this god awful company. I bought two kitchens through wren. The first one was great, I installed the cabinets myself and the countertop vendor came in and did the counters in one shot, easy. Now I am in the middle of my second kitchen and I wish I’d rather have personally spent my entire existence carving the counter from stone than deal with these morons ever again. Since I did my first kitchen, the US business has insourced the countertop installation and they have zero clue how to cut a counter, install a counter, and the customer service is laughably bad. They never called to confirm my appointment. When I called they asked for three days and times that work and they would let me know. Never got a call. Weeks later I call them to check and they say it has been scheduled for a day but they can’t give me a time. The customer service rep literally said “yeah we don’t do times”. They ultimately sent the guy to the wrong address, at the wrong time, and he didn’t call me to notify me he was coming (as promised) until he was in my driveway. That was just the template measurement. After the template, he said they’d call to schedule the install. They never called. I waited a bit and contacted customer support and she said they would call me back. They never did. I called again, they once again said they’d call back. Once again never did. Then I was at work one morning and the installer called to tell me he was on his way from Pennsylvania. Never had a heads up until the day of. I was unhappy to accommodate but decided to just get it over with. I left work early to do the install and it turned out one of the pieces was cut the wrong thickness. He told me they would come back that week to fix it and I’d get a phone call.Guess what, they never called. I called no less than 8 times after that to get an ETA on the last piece. Every time they promised a call back and I never once got one. Never. Finally they gave me an appointment for the following Monday (again, no time slot). Well the Friday before, they call and say they can come and do it that day. I, once again, leave work to accommodate and they show up with an entire new counter top (completely unnecessary). This time ALL THREE pieces are cut to different thicknesses. I was ready to send them packing but I wanted to just get it over with, so I said whatever if you need to redo all this work for one little piece, be my guest. Well they ripped everything back apart, re cut the angled corner piece and threw it back together. They were on their way out of the driveway before I could even check their work and left the new kid behind to take my signature. Luckily I caught them before they left because they completely messed up the corner angle and left an unsightly unfinished cut at a corner that looks horrendous. There is no way they didn’t notice the error. The entire point of redoing he counter was to fix this corner and they made it worse than before. Plus they reassembled my drain plumbing for the sink and left all of the gaskets out. Luckily I caught that too. The installer told me they would need to redo it a third time and that his boss would give me a call. He never called.I called customer service again, she said they would call back. Of course they never did. This company is literally a scam. They are going to keep doing this to their customers as long as people allow them to. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. You couldn’t pay me to deal with them again. To the owner— if you care about your success at all you’ll can the entire installer team and customer service reps and outsource again. Don’t be greedy, be smart.IF YOU HAVEN'T SIGNED YET GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN.Update: they finally sent an outside vendor to finish the job. these guys actually knew what they were doing and had no advance notice from wren that they would have to remove a counter before installing the next one. even their vendors can’t stand dealing with them. wren sucks

Wren Customer Service is the worst !I finally got my backsplash installed after the 3rd time. Their measurements were not correct. They don’t call you to give u an approximate time of arriving to your home. I waited all day and kept calling customer service with no luck. They arrived at 5:00pm and left at 9:30pm. Finally done after 2 1/2 months .

My wife and I could not be happier with our experience with Marquis. He was exceptional and sat down with us for 5 hours to review and talk out ideas. It was so enjoyable and fun and the 3D virtual walk through was amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone redoing a kitchen.

Great company to deal with when remodeling your kitchen. Had a ton of selections at various prices but most importantly very affordable without compromising quality.

I deeply regret using Wren for our kitchen install. Despite asking for a finalization date, they now are claiming a delivery date of four months later. Avoid, especially Sean.

I remodeled my kitchen one year ago in October 2022 with WREN. I worked with Maria at the Newington store and she was amazing, Super patient and knowledgeable! I ordered cabinets and also quartz countertops and a sink. Everything was made to measure and was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. It took me three months to finally decide on a design plan but once I did and the order was placed the cabinets arrived in less than 2 weeks. I really appreciate their patience with me and also their customer service was great. During the process WREN customer service called me every step of the way just to review and make sure. It was annoying at first but also really helpful and reassuring. When I realized that I needed an extra panel because I decided to do something a little differently they sent it right away, express, no issues. My contractor did the cabinet installation so I cannot comment on their contractors. Cabinets were all made accurately to measurements and none were damaged at delivery. The quartz contractors for wren did a great job also and the quartz is beautiful. A year later, my kitchen still looks amazing and everything has held up very well. We are a family of 5 and our kitchen gets a lot of use. I frequently just sit at my island and admire my beautiful kitchen!!Services: Kitchen countertop installation

At Wren Kitchens in Newington, the staff is not only friendly but also extremely accommodating. The manager, Maria, along with Matt, went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. From the initial home measurement process to working with the designer, every step of the way was seamless and impressive. I am particularly excited to work with Wren on designing my laundry room. Additionally, the prices for appliances at this store are unbeatable. If you're looking for a value for money shopping experience, this is definitely the place to go on the Berlin turnpike!Services: Kitchen countertop installation

Went to Wren to look at kitchens,I wasn’t necessarily going to redo my kitchen, but after checking out their infinity plus series I was sold.I got to choose my own color, door and knobs. I was so surprised to see that they were affordable, I got my kitchen at 0% interest through a reputable bank. Needless to say, I feel like this whole experience was fantastic!Services: Kitchen countertop installation

I deeply regret choosing Wren for our kitchen renovation. I should have done my research more thoroughly. They do not have good reviews and from my personal experience it has not been good in terms of communication, professionalism, customer service and customer appreciation. I spent over 30k on our kitchen, the service was nice up until we finalized the kitchen and signed the contract. After that we had nothing but issues after issues from getting a blueprint (which is a joke by the way, our installer/contractor could barely work off it to install the cabinets correctly, he said it normally takes 1 to 2 days to install but its taking him over 1 week to do because the measurements are so tiny and it does not provided all the information needed to cut the pieces correctly to fit. On top of that there are so many empty corners/spaces in our kitchen that are going to waste because they don't have cabinet sizes to fill up that space. In 3D you don't see it because it is covered with countertops or décor panels. And I also do not think this was the best design for our kitchen, it could have been better. The designer missed out on placing our pull out garbage so I had called to inquire about it since I did not see it delivered. The supervisor said I was lying because it was not in the design and it was my fault for not reading the contract thoroughly, when clearly it was their mistake. I tried to reach my designer via phone/email prior to delivery and never got a response from her, it made me feel like they did not value me now that the contract was signed and done with. Showroom employees tell you one thing and customer service employees tell you another and the customer is the one left in the middle dealing with their miscommunication. Every single call to customer service was useless and disappointing and it ended with 'I'm sorry'. Everyday I had an issue and called customer service requesting to refund me my money but they declined. I asked if one of their installer's could help guide my contractor to finish the job but all they kept doing was apologizing and declining my suggestions. It got to a point where I had to say I do not accept your apology, it is not good enough anymore. They don't know how to provide good customer service or rectify their mistakes nor do they value their customers no matter how much money you invested. I can go on and on but I really hope you will take my review into consideration and save your money. This was our first kitchen project which we were so excited about and now we are deeply regretting our decision to do business with Wren. Please do yourself a favor and find someone that will value you.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

Go anywhere else, but here. False advertising and no help once you pay up. There are too many people involved and you can’t get a straight answer from any one of them. They also raised my balance with no explanation and offer excuses instead of the truth. $15k kitchen and they didn’t even include handles! Extra fees that I wasn’t advised of and no real customer support when there’s an issue. I deeply regret giving them my business, but I’ll try to save you from doing the same, stay away.Service: Remodeling

Currently having a Wren kitchen installed and having the most awful experience. The installers were nice enough but the site manager was absolutely awful and rude I suspect he was also racist. I overheard a heated conversation he had with a black delivery driver where he apologised and said some people don't get my sense of humour and he proceeded to tell the driver to not be offended. Later that day, I heard him confirm the time slot the kitchen was due to be delivered the next day and he confirmed that it was between 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM the next day, my partner also messaged me to let me know that this was the time slot, but surprise surprise the site manger looked me dead in the eye when he was leaving and said you should wake up early tomorrow the delivery is from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM it was quite chilling because I knew he was lying when he told me this and he made a point of confirming this with me three times. The quality of the kitchens is great but it would be great if you could request different contractors if incidents like this occur so you don't have to essentially invite a racist person into your home each day until your kitchen is complete. I think they thought I couldn't understand them but Google translate works wonders TIP: If you have any melanin in your skin have it recording while the installers work. Update - something's twigged and their now working in silence.

We had Wren install our new kitchen cabinets. Nothing fancy. Just plain white cabinets. Well. We have THREE different color whites. The doors were put on crooked to where they bang against each other when we shut them. They are also uneven. Also, the quartz countertop was not installed correctly, so I have gaps where they are joined together. I asked that they follow the same footprint my old cabinets had. Nope. This caused me to lose 12 inches of dining room space. It doesn't sound like a lot, but I can't use all my dining room chairs because it interferes with someone sitting at the breakfast counter. I called Wren numerous times. Sent numerous pictures. I was told to send more pictures. The reality of it is someone needed to come out and see these issues. You cannot hear a cabinet hitting against the other door through a picture. They would not send someone. Then Covid hit. We all got sick. I was unable to keep up with calling them constantly. And other health issues plagued me. DO NOT USE WREN. THEIR CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND PRETTY MUCH NON-EXISTENT. I am now stuck with poorly installed cabinets that make me want to cry. I am probably going to have to replace them and can only hope the new ones follow Wren's cabinet layout so I don't have to replace my floor as well. My dream kitchen is my worse nightmare
