Terrible Experience with Rude Bank Manager.I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Karen the Karen at this branch and it was absolutely dreadful. Not only was the manager extremely rude and dismissive, she has disrespected my account and I twice now. They also displayed a shocking lack of competence. It's appalling that someone in such a position lacks basic customer service skills and fails to fulfill their responsibilities effectively. Avoid this branch at all costs unless you enjoy being treated with disrespect and incompetence. One star is too generous for this dismal excuse of a bank manager. The bank tellers are great. But the manager will get this branch closed in no time. When approached and asked to speak to a higher up Is this rightWhen approached and asked if I can speak to a higher up, the manager Karen told me that she was ‘not allowed to give out phone numbers’. And on top of that asked if she could take my name in number down instead.Speaking to another Webster, this is simply not true.Thanks Karen.

This bank's professionalism is seriously lacking. Despite calling ahead and confirming they would sign off on my document, I ended up waiting for over an hour only to be told by the notary that she wouldn't do it because she gets to choose which documents she wants to sign. Their behavior was incredibly rude and dealing with this location has been excessively challenging.

I have been doing business with them for so many years, My personal and my business accounts. I have been noticing that customer service of specifically this branch is getting worst.I don't even see manager at this location anymore.I guess it's time for me to search for another bank.

Big bank, with a small town charm. This place has always been a pleasure to do business with. Jessica "Jess" the new manager is AMAZING. Since she has taken over, the bank has become even friendlier & more efficient than ever. I wouldn't go any where else. Keep up the A+++ customer service!!!!!!

Do not bank with these people. they will control your money and not let you make decision on your own about how to spend your money . Every day this bank calls me leaving the most vague, hard to understand, broken up phone calls. Then when I return their call they ask me who I am. Then they leave me another voicemail the next day. I'm going to have to go there just to ask them to stop harassing me.

Worst customer service at Webster on Main st. Newington. When questions for clarification were asked Jessica seemed annoyed and not friendly. When she asked us to sign papers there was no pen in sight nor offered. Sometimes it's just the little things that give you reason to never want to go back.

Worse customer service!! Jessica didn't even offer a pen when we needed to sign papers. When we asked questions Jessica was very rude and snippy. We usually did our banking at a different locación which closed. I would stay away from banking at webster in Newington.
