I called and asked to speak to the store manager. The West Indian lady that answered the phone asked me what was my call concerning. I told her that was between myself and the store manager. She then put me on hold. After about five minutes no one came to the phone so I hung up and called back. Then she picked up the phone and hung it up immediately with out saying anything. She did that 3 times. I then blocked my number and called back again. Someone else picked up the phone and it was a manager. I told the manager what happened and she said she would address the issue. I had the phone hung up in my face by the West Indian lady 3 times because she felt some type of way because I told her what I had to talk to the store manager about was between myself and the store manager. Zero professionalism, zero accountability. I'm done shopping at ghettomart

The store closes at 11pm but the department that you return stuff to was closed by 9:30. Besides that there might be a bit of a wait for someone to help you in the electronics department, but it's worth it He was so helpful when it was our turn.

I been going there for years to get my medicine. Alot of the staff been very helpful and very polite but the staff member who I dealt with was very unprofessional.. I was speaking to her and ask her why they charged me for my medicine. That they had said if my doctor puts on the order I needed that medicine that it will be OK. Next minute she is charging me. I don't mind paying for my medicine but her attitude and the way she spoke.. I said I'm going to talk to my doctor about this.. her response was, do what you have to do. I said really. She said yes and repeated again. I also get a tex asking how was my visit when I get my medicine.. this time I didn't. And I did pick up my other medicine.. highly disappointed and she was very disrespectful, unprofessional.
