Not very helpful. I was sent there by customer service but then I was told to go back online that they couldn't help me since the conversation/order started online. Very frustrating

Could not get a business account setup because their system would not progress past creating the account online. Ended up getting a consumer account I’m told I can convert to business after 30 days (conveniently once I have no ability to return anything) I’m still waiting for the agreed activation fee refunds since those are waved on business accounts.

frauds! they talked me into a trade in and quoted me 134. I'm not paying almost 170 a month. Verizon sent me back into this store to rectify and they did nothing but harass me. they need to be put out of business for illegal business practices.

Added the most expensive cloud service to a device I bought without informing me. Be careful if you buy a phone here, they only want their commission.

I went here for an ID Fraud issue and while the man that waited on me was polite and attentive he himself could not resolve my issue he gave me the info that enabled me to speak on phone with someone that could. That person resolved my problem

I do recommend that everyone not go to Verizon. their customer service is very bad, and when you call them, they hang up the phone on you. You can't get help from Verizon customer service. therefore, I moved back to T-Mobile.

Went to this store a few weeks ago to get new phones. The young lady that helped us told me the activation fee for my husband's watch would be waived and it was not. She also added insurance to it which I did not want and she did not ask. I had to have that removed on top of the other features she added to my bill without permission. She upped my husband's insurance and added a feature to my line that is free for the first month but then 15 dollars a month after that! I am glad that I checked my bill summaries after our visit there. We also bought screen protectors from.her for our phones and when I asked if they were 50 dollars she said yes. I had them billed to my account and when I looked at the amount later I found out that they were in fact 70 each! She was honest and upfront about nothing making for a horrible experience and an outrageous next bill. Extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience at this store.

They were somewhat helpful. I had to bring a product back for refund. Although I was next inline,they let several other customers go first....because they were purchasing. If your bringing back.a product,expect a longer wait than customers that purchase goods.
