I recently purchased the Ashley Next Gen sofa and loveseat. After shopping at several stores that carry the exact same pieces , I returned to US Furniture to purchase, based on the price, the helpful sales people, and the service. After placing my order, I was told it would be about 2 to 3 weeks for delivery as it was a special order. To my surprise, II was contacted in under a week to schedule my delivery, exceeding my expectations. I received my furniture this morning, and I couldn't have had a better experience. The gentlemen confirmed with me that they were on their way, arrived on the early side of the window they gave me for delivery, exceeding my expectations once again! My delivery people were fast, efficient very neat , super pleasant and respectful of my products. I couldn't ask for a better experience all the way through. They were excellent. A friend referred me, and she too, purchased new furniture and she had the same excellent experience all the way through. Thanks so much to ev,eryone involved for doing such an awesome job! Definitely would recommend .them based on my personal experience. Great job!

Worst place to get furniture the warranty that they have it doesn’t help at all. It was a full cover. That a pay for it but They can cover only three times with the store only and the rest will be with you and the trademark the process is usless cheap material and doesn’t last more than a year

The terrible service, the associates saw me arrive and did not come forward to welcome me and offer their help at any time. I don't know if it's because of racism or people's appearances. But by experience we cannot allow ourselves to be restrained or guided by that. And so I decided not to buy anything in that place, since appearances can be deceiving. And it doesn't matter that here the important thing is to welcome the client with a smile and be in the best position to help.
