Not the world's most convienient bank. ATM is always down. Went back again next day ATM still down. ATM is brand new too not any better than the new one always has issues.

I called customer service and they locked my card because of fraud. Told me to go to any TD Bank and get a new one. Teller took all my info and says I'm not authorized to give you a card. I have to see who's avaliable. Other teller tells me be with you in a couple mins. Which turned into 30mins. I got up and asked how long is this process going to take. She says about ten more mins. I told her I was all set. I have no problems with other branches. It's this one at Newington.

Accusing me of things I didn’t do. Closed my account, when I reached out asking for answers they just keep saying they’re investigating. Reached out to corporate and all I got was a no reply email. It has been years and still nothing… horrible service at the branch too. Manager said he’ll call me back by lunch time with update, but at end of day I called since he never called they told me he left for the day. Super unprofessional

This is a 3rd time in a month, there’s only one ATM drive through and they have the armored truck parked right in front of the ATM when there’s plenty of parking???

Slowest possible bank in the world. Ate my atm card while I was swinging through quick at work and then proceeded to make me wait 30+ minutes. Did not even address the broken atm and continued to let people swing through and try their cards potentially causing the same problem I had. A two second cash grab turned into a 35 minute head ache while I sweat out the fact my atm card is just sitting in an open “working” atm

Their drive-through ATM was broken taking half of my cash deposit. I had to spend an hour at the bank to file the dispute that still could not be filed because the system was down.

Terrible customer service. Nonexistent. They will steal your money via different fees and overcharges, but when you want to access your money, they put a hold on it or freeze your account and leave you hanging. Avoid this bank at all costs and take your money somewhere else! You deserve better.

Similar to other people's experiences. I went in to open a savings account. I already have a checking account with td. They told me to make an appointment and to come later on in the day. I did. When I returned, the person I was supposed to have an appointment with was on a break. I left after ten minutes of waiting. The next time, I called all morning and no one answered. I went in determined to get this task done. I was told to make an appointment because they are busy. I told them I did not want to do that because it didn't work out for me the previous time. They insisted it would be easier so that I "didn't have to keep coming back in". I told them I already have been in twice and have called several times. They apologized and said, "that's how it has been lately". Unfortunately, nobody wants to help me out at this TD location. I will have to go to Rocky Hill instead, where I have never had any issues.

I had to leave to new britain TD Bank after waiting 30mins at this location! NB staff helped quickly, kindly and without being stared down by staff who didn’t help.
