The pharmacy department is amazing! The main pharmacist always tries to help you. He helped me so much fix a medication problem. They want to help the customers! Excellent location!

Every single online order, 90% of the food we get is expired. We go inside and everything there is either expired OR about to expire within a week or so. Do not bother going here for food whether you're desperate or not.Aisles are almost always cluttered but not as bad as most targets. Staff does not acknowledge you expect the starbucks staff which are great btw

Never any carts, and the line are always super long!! The store itself is a hot mess!! And I accidentally bought an expired face scrub so now I have to stand in this long customer service line to return it.

Every time I go in here there are no carts. The lines are always long, shelves are not stocked well. This place is definitely under staffed or management can’t manage.

It is called UNDERSTAFFED ...employees are being overworked. They either quit...or call out. One employee cannot do 3 or 4 people job. Don't blame the emoyee!!!!

Latest: It’s now after the holiday season and nothings changed. There was a time I’d never see a single target employee and the store was clean and well stocked, lines weren’t long, so I don’t believe the understaffed excuse. Every time I step in this store I see several employees standing around. I blame management for the dysfunction.Edit: If I could give negative stars…I get it, it’s the holiday season, I’ve worked retail at this very store during the holiday season, but there’s really no excuse for how poorly run this store is. According to the store manager long lines mean everyone loves this Target location, but as a manager, I see it as a sign of serious dysfunction. Long lines, no carts up front or in the lot, but several carts around the store full of returned items, and abandoned carts due to the long lines, constant customer complaints about pickup, that’s signs of success? It’s wild in this store. This is coming from someone who shops at at-least 3 different Target locations a day, this location is the absolute worst.OP:This store has really gone downhill. From the poor customer service, long lines, and refusal to share bags with Shipt shoppers while they hoard them for Pickup/Driveup orders. As a Shipt shopper, this store is consistently out of meats, so many people working pick up orders or stocking, but very little available to help with customer service. The CS lines are very long and one of the girls at the desk has a terrible attitude. When bags were available, they never had any at the CS desk because it was too messy and nowhere to store them. I have to go and do a scavenger hunt for shopping carts because they’re never brought inside during the day.I will admit the drive up process is easy, however, it takes a full 4 hours for my small orders to be ready. I’ve ordered at New Britain, Bishops corner, and Southington, same amount/type of items typically takes 1-2hrs for pickup. I’d expect with the amount of people they have working pick up orders they would be quicker.

This Target is truly bottom of the barrel. I’ve seen cleaner Walmarts. The store is always trashed. Employees are rude. There is always a long line to check out and the employees carry on like they don’t see 30 customers waiting lol it’s just consistently bad.

Ghetto as hell. Its dirty. It’s pouring and there’s no carts and no employees to get the carts. The lady at self checkout yelled “NOT TAKING CASH” I said it’s taking cash….she rolled her eyes and had an attitude. Horrible target, Walmart has better service.

I know it's cliché but honestly if I could leave 0 stars, I would. This place is a total mess and it's all over social media. One single register open and a line wrapped around the store. Stocking boxes blocking the entrance making it almost impossible to even enter this mess of a "store". Now, you may give them a pass because they are clearly short staffed however I cannot blame anyone for not wanting to work there (I even know several people who have applied and withdrew their application) because the management staff is horrible and beyond rude. I have tried to speak on the phone with management and it takes 30 minutes to even get to a person. No one answers the phone and you have to click into any department to even get a chance at speaking to someone. This is ridiculous. I am now boycotting all Targets.

As someone that has worked in retail management for years (trust me I know the job isn't easy) however every time I have done a return at this location they are always so rude. No hello, how are you? Nothing. They just grab the slip and do the return.. basically throw the slip at you, barely make eye contact and walk away. Horrible customer service.

It was a whole different kind of experience from the other stores and variety of merchandise.

A great place with a wide selection of products. Personally, I can get lost in cosmetics. The store is gearing up for Black Friday and the Christmas holidays.
