Have come here a few times and customer service has always been wonderful. Oly, who worked with us for over two hours, is extremely friendly and professional. We are so pleased and grateful for all his help, and will definitely return to this location! This location is also very clean and well laid out.

Walked in waited 10 min. No one talked to me or even approached me. Could've at least said we'll get to you when we can. I understand being busy but absolutely no acknowledgement.

It's a classic horror story: old timer needs to ditch the flip phone for a smartphone! Actually, i had the phone mailed to me but feared I'd break the sim chip trying to slide it in that tiny little tray. Tatianna was very helpful and patient. She got me set up and ready to roll!

Worst customer experience ever I come here to get a great deal I wasn’t satisfied so I left them I call customer service support online & they gave me what I wanted so for people I suggest to call customer support team instead of coming here to this office because the office will rip u off customer service is better

Horrible interaction with a older bl9nde lady this evening. If your having a bad day take a break and reset don't take out on me. You would of made a commission off of me very easy sale just wanted to know about the new phones and products but because my wife is not with me I'm not a customer. Will not visit here again very rude atkeast the bare minimum could of done some of your job properly not even a smile or a welcome to t-mobile
