My husband & I attempted to have routine blood drawn last week. We arrived 45 minutes before they were closing for lunch. There were 4 other people waiting to be called in. Several people from the doctors waiting room were called, but no one from the lab waiting room. One lady told us she had been waiting for 2 1/2 hours, it is now 12:25, she knocks on the window they did agree to take her, but told the rest of us to just wait until they reopened after lunch. We walked out, today we went to the lab in Wethersfield, what a difference. Very little wait time, staff was very professional, with a positive attitude. Newington lab used an excuse was "we are under a new system", if that is true it was no problem in Wethersfield. The receptionist in Newington was very rude to all of us, we will never use that lab again.
