I needed a couple essentials for my home office so I stopped in. My question - why does STAPLES not have regular cashiers and registers? I did not know where to go to pay. Yikes.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'd give zero stars if possible. I walked into this location with the hopes of finding ink replacement refills for two pens of sentimental value. As I reached the pen isle, an associate named Katie stood there idle, without any greeting or acknowledgement. I greeted her, and asked if she could help me with finding a pen refill. She looked as though I was interuppting her less than busy day, replying: "You probably know more about pen refills than I do." I was shocked. Then after seeing their associates gossip about a previous customer, and declining my coupons after making me wait; I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects customer service.NEVER shopping here again!!!!!!!!!
