We had pretty good experience at first and then the delivery happened.They ordered wrong couch pieces. Now the couch was ordered in November it is the end of April I still don’t have the correct prices. Every manager is washing hands on that issue. In the top of it I have to pay 500$ more than the couch cost because of restocking fees and new delivery.The couch itself it is very comfortable and I love it but the service sucks. If anything pick different store then the one in newington Ct ! Maybe you will have more luck.

Our salesman, Chris was great. Took one star off be ause after already declining the $75 protection plan, the manager came over to finish the sale and tried to slide it past me. Not cool. Chris was great! Delivery was great!

The condensed version of my issue is that the manager lied to me and said nobody makes mattresses with springs in them anymore. Apparently this was to gain a sale. So I made the purchase. Mattress is awful, and is nothing they said it would be.After no help from the salesman, the store, the new manager, customer service, etc., I was finally told by corporate that I would be assisted. Only to find out that no, they aren't going to assist me. Now I'm being ignored. I will never shop here again, which is a shame, since over many years we have bought many things from this store. I will be sure to tell everyone I can to not shop here as well. Should I finally get assistance, I will be happy to remove this review, since my faith would then be restored. Please don't tell me to email anyone, I did and it didn't help. You have my information, it's your turn to reach out to me. UPDATE AFTER STORE RESPONSE YOU SEE BELOW: I already did what they suggested, to no avail. This company does NOT care about it's customers.
