Update!! HORRIBLE response... The mover accidentally broke part of a lamp. Unfortunately because of the pandemic I could not find a replacement. I finally found one and because of shipping issues I was not able to get it until the fall. I provided the company with a quote and they accepted it. I was told that they would pay it. I put in numerous calls to Chris only to find out that the phone number and email was disconnected. Somehow I came across a cell phone number and she didn't pick up but she responded via text messaging. She reassured me multiple times that I would receive the check in the mail. She even stated she would send me a copy of it. Of course it being February 2021, and so much time had gone by the last thing I did was trust her. I sent her numerous texts now crickets. this lamp was very sentimental to me it was one of the last gifts my mom gave me. Now I have all the replacement parts and look at that lamp and think of this horrible situation versus my mother's last gift. This company is cold-hearted. I spoke to an attorney regarding small claims and I was told because I didn't live in the state anymore it would be an inconvenience for me. I'm now out the money of course I still have the memories of this beautiful last gift but I would never recommend them again. I don't understand how a company can go from great customer service to not even returning calls and being horrible with a customer. I hope Chris will understand my last voicemail to her when I told her that the memory of that lamp is lost on me for good and I don't even care if I own it anymore.I had an excellent experience working with Chris, Gina and Greg! They were in constant communication with me. If I move again, I will definitely call them. Very professional and organized. They made moving less stressfu
