Lied about their pricing. Wife went in and asked for some clear tests to be done. They said the price of those tests which we paid on cash since we do not have insurance which we told them.
Fast forward a couple weeks and we get a bill in the mail saying we owe an additional $150 because they ran extra tests that we were never informed about even the possibility of having.
So don't go here unless you have lots of expendable money to pay because they will just up your bills without your informed consent.

I just left Quest in newington and I had to get a good amount of bloodwork done . I knew I should’ve asked his name but the man who took my blood ….. he was absolutely amazing. He talked with me through everything, made sure I was okay before leaving and i mean he was just genuinely so nice. You know getting blood work done isn’t the prettiest or most comfortable thing to have done but he made sure it went as smoothly as possible. Thank you for your kind words and for actually caring. The world needs more people like this . (I know it’s just blood work, but you never know the kind of day someone is having . Be mindful !)

After scanning license snd insurance cards you should not have to show them again to technician. Let technician view scans.

Ever since you went to appointments your service has sucked more and more. I had a drop off a specimen today and it took me over 15 minutes to get someone to come out and I had to ask them three times to take the specimen waited another 5 or 10 minutes and then went back and gave them the specimen. Simple label yesterday when I got the vial and a collection area somewhere I could put it and I wouldn't have even had to interact with anybody. Forget it if you're a walking you're going to be there half the day! Making it an appointment isn't always the best thing, especially when you have to go there fasting. If there was anywhere else local I could go that my insurance and doctor would work with I would switch in a heartbeat. It's not your staff it's your whole system you have set up to save a couple dollars. Even to leave a specimen is not easy you got to go to the help screen, not intuitive at all!! Whoever wrote your computer system really sucks and needs to redo it!

Establishment is always clean. Wait time is pretty much nonexistent. I get seen almost right away. Even when it's pretty full I've never waited long. Nothing compared to other quest. Employees are always friendly as well.
Location is great. There's restaurants, dollar tree, massage places, a library, park and hair/nail salons so if you show up early really There's things you can do in the meantime

I was treated extremely disrespectfully as a stand-by patient. I had no choice but to try to have a stand-by appointment as I was scheduled for surgery the day prior by my doctor and had to go to a specific location per my doctor's request. I was not treated with compassion, but rather, as an inconvenience. Two elderly patient's who arrived shortly after I did, who had difficulty with the check-in kiosk, were also treated terribly by the office manager? who was present. Go to any other Quest or better yet, any other lab.

Came in as a walk in because they opened early and I needed a specific location for the test I was having and had to have it performed on a specific day. I checked in as a walk in at 6:30 when they opened and a woman came out and said "you checked in wrong." When I asked for clarification on what that meant she replied "you need to make an appointment." Then another woman came out to lecture me that a stand by appointment was a bad idea and that I could be waiting for hours. There was down time between appointments- I have a job where a standby appointment was my only option. There were two other people who were having difficulty checking in on the kiosk and the employees were similarly rude to them. Do yourself a favor- go to any other quest.

Great service and great staff! I had a prescription from my doctor and they had me in and out within 15 minutes. All my results were available the next day! If you want a smooth experience, make sure you make your appointment online. Although they do accept walk ins, they will prioritize people with appointments first. Early appointments book up fast. The staff at this Quest are very busy as I'm sure most of them are. Even so, they take such good care of their patients. Nice and clean office, smooth checking process. My phlebotomist was professional and gentle. I wish I caught her name. I was really amazed at how she handled my fear and anxiety with needles. Loving this location and will continue to come here for any blood work.

Place was easy to check in but Staff not polite or not even friendly, if you selected to work in medical center you have to be polite with your all patients. I selected my other test it’s suggested by my OBGN doctor and they messed up my blood report. Some wrong with my blood report in thyroid panel T4 level and TSH level is so high in report. I and doctor both surprised with surplus change.then after I went to Endocrinologists he suggested me to check same test again and I went to Quest in Wethersfield location they tested my blood report and tested result comes normal. Very normal result…so Please be careful and minded to others patients health, feelings and emotions.I will not recommend this Quest location for specific TSH test.
