I was shocked to see so many good reviews. This place is nice and stocked and seemingly clean. I went over there today to get a grinder. The young lady at the front with glasses was so friendly and pleasant. I had a good feeling......Until I got to the deli counter to order my food. The older woman making the grinders was SO incredibly rude , I honestly almost walked out without the grinder. If you hate your job that much then either quit or go work in the back. I get it everyone has bad days, but this woman was just rude, un apologetic, and mean. Now I have had good sandwiches in prior trips there. This Sandwich was NOT one of those. I ordered a hot grinder that she put all cold ingredients on, barely any sauce, when I asked for peppers and onions she acted like she was annoyed about it. Like how dare I ask. I will likely never go there again for lunch. When I went to pay again the young woman at the register was kind and welcoming. Good move putting her in front, If the sandwich lady was in front I feel like no one would ever go there. Like I said I sure won't!

last Sunday ordered prosciutto and martadela, one perfect, prosciutto far from it , server looked at it few times , couldn't cut it , wet out back still bad , second ladie looked spoke to each other , prosciutto should be cut paper thin far from it . I've been there for over a year now it every weekend but still , sorry but never again

Very tasty sandwich but man who made it did appear to be wearing gloves. Didn’t have much personality and I felt uncomfortable. Next customer he served did not get a hello, said customer was asking a question and was ignored by the man behind the counter.

This Italian market is a delicacy in itself. So many choices
of fine meats, cheeses, pasta, olive oil. Everything is fresh,
the market is so clean and well laid out, let alone the feeling of welcome you get when you walk in the front door. They should teach a course on running a small business at the nearby local college.

No matter how many times I have asked for no tomatoes on the chicken caesar wrap they always add it. No caesar salad has tomatoes. But I literally request without tomato when I order and still has tomato. I wont be ordering lunch here anymore. Animal crackers for lunch today I guess!

Very rude lady/owner. Feel bad for her honestly to have that much judgement towards others. Don’t bother asking what’s inside the products they make in house, god forbid someone have an allergy. On a 2nd occasion I arrived after work and the same woman gave me an attitude that she had to slice meat for purchase, I mean isn’t that one reason one most go to the meat counter? On a side note, every time I have dealt with the guys or lady with longer hair I have had no issues and didn’t feel like I was being racially profiled. This is the absolute best Italian market I have ever been to anywhere. They have anything you could possibly want and an amazing meat section and all the cold cuts for sandwiches and subs you could ask for. Great selection of cookies, breads and pastries. It's the go-to place.

Absolutely best butcher in town! If you're making anything with Italian rolled meat, this is the place to go. They'll cut everything to order. Also great cookies and sauces and other things that you need for cooking a great Italian meal.

Get all my deli meats here. Much cheaper than Stop and Shop and Big Y and since they do a lot of deli business you can be assured the meat is fresh.
