Without getting wordy, the uboxes were stored for 6 months and the contents were dry and undamaged when we unloaded them 1800 miles later. No issues whatsoever.....I hope future moves go this well. He continued to badger her and he wouldn't leave. I've worked with the public for over 50 years, and I don't know how I would have handled it. I felt bad for the 3 people at the front end who were trying to help other customers, and I also noticed a camaraderie among them as they supported each other. The young man who waited on me continued, unfazed, smiling, knowledgeable, and polite.Who wants to move? No one I know. Let's try to be kinder out there to the people who are charged with enforcing rules they didn't create. Nice job, Plainville!”
