Absolutely the best propane service around! Great pricing, excellent service and truly professional owner and service people. I wish I'd found Promise Propane many years ago and saved myself a lot of money and headaches.

I was looking for information on owning a propane tank vs renting from a supplier and was referred to Promise Propane as a good source of information. It's the best business call I've made in a very long time as Bob answered all my questions and offered to help in any way he could. I ended up purchasing tanks, not from Promise, with both a generator and garage heater packages we were having installed. Promise gave me a great price and delivery on filling the 300 gal generator tank early this year and again today on the finally installed garage heater 100 gallon tank. The driver/delivery guy was great! Very pleasant and answered my questions and wea a true professional. After years of overpaying, because of a rental tank with a big name company, it's a pleasure to do business with Promise!

Been serviced by Promise Propane now for several years, and they always deliver on their promise- lowest prices and excellent service, every time. Just today, as the driver/technician filled our 100 gallon tank, he was super courteous and professional– we even chatted about grilling styles as he topped off my small grill tanks, which btw, I always get refilled with promise propane, because everyone else around town just rips you off on those small tanks! Trust me, best value ever! If you own your own tank, there’s no reason why not to be serviced by these guys. Do yourself, your family, and your pocket, and call them right now!

I was soooooo frustrated with propane and ALL the companies out there. I need it for a house fireplace and a detached garage. Otherwise I burn oil. I was so fed up with price gouging and being committed to buying from the company who owned the tanks. So frustrated that I decided to buy my own tanks. (1-120 gal vertical and 1-120 horizontal) when I shopped for tanks I couldn't get a straight answer. Always beating around the bush. The horrizontal tank request was like I was talking a foreign language. No one wanted to sell it. Then when I got someone to sell one.....their total price was about $1,500 more than Promise! Are you kidding me !
Price checking for the propane itself was just as difficult. NEVER getting a simple answer. Some companies didn't even call me back.
(Did I mention I hate propane ?)
My family has been in the oil business since the great depression !
Anyway.......so I call Promise. Robert answers and is VERY straight forward and actually gives me prices on propane. Justin will call me back on the tanks. As "Promised" Justin calls me back. No rediculise costs. They're SO accommodating they delivered to Coventry from Newington. No extra delivery fees, below other companies prices, they call you back, they're just GREAT. Justin took care of "drop shipping" the tanks and filling them when I was ready. Mark the delivery driver was polite and professional.
I give them a AAA+++. (and I don't even like propane ! Hahaha hahaha

I have used Promise Propane for over two years .and they have been on time and reasonably priced. They come when they say they are coming unlike other companies I have dealt with An honest company which is very hard to find in the propane industry

I spoke with Robert about 5 weeks ago to confirm that he would deliver Propane to me as a new customer because I am about 29 miles away . He said he would ; but on the subsequent call to set up service , he reneged but told me he would sell me tanks at cost . He charged my credit card on November 30th for tanks I have NOT received yet ( over 2 weeks later) . He talks and talks and talks and promises delivery dates he actually has not confirmed. He pretends that delivery is free and it is not . He passes his responsibilities off on you and the people he then blames for his shifty business practices . I would not recommend conducting any business with this dishonest company .
