Overall I'm finding Prime Storage to be grea - clean, well lit, easy to get in and out, secure, and the people working there have been friendly and helpful.
My one problem happened yesterday when I was bringing some boxes to the storage. There was no cart in the building. I was alone and had to carry all my things in one by one. I was told that there's a problem with people stealing them. I hope that they will be replaced. Maybe some sort of alarm could be put on them. It's too bad some people are so dishonest that they have to steal such things.

Initially I called the reservation line phone number that I found online and spoke to a woman named ELLE. She was wonderful. She had a pleasant demeanor and I could tell she had a smile on as we spoke. Part way through the reservation process I had a contractor come to the door and I needed to interrupt the process. I then came to the store on alumni Road in Newington where I was greeted by Glory. Glory helped me to complete reservation application and make my first payment. I could not have asked for a friendlier or nicer person than Glory. She took me out to the storage unit and her golf cart and explained everything to me as clear as day. So far this has been nothing but a top shelf experience for me. Thank you ELLE and thank you GLORY.

The facility is safe, accessible, clean and organized well. Staff is great. Price kept increasing so we decided to vacate.

Clean facility, and it was an easy move in process. But it’s significantly more expensive to rent here compared to other places I have rented from with the same unit size. I will have to move my stored items to another facility due to this reason. It’s also a little out of the way, where I feel other larger storage facilities are more accessible.
