Was a walk in for a pedicure and Anita did a fantastic job. Will definitely return. The back rub at the end of my appointment was excellent. I left feeling very relaxed.

Great atmosphere and service. Nails just didn't last. Literally broke within a day. And I gave a $20 dollar tip. Don't give massages and etc if my nails ain't gonna be poppin past a day.

The young lady is very professional nail artist. She wrapped a warm shoulder pad over my neck so that I could relax more. I highly recommend this place. The parking is not plentiful so I recommend going first thing in the morning. Look at the pics, gorgeous isn't it?

10/10 experience. The nail technicians are extremely talented, lovely and welcoming. As a male I’ve always felt a bit pushed away when going to other nail salons but my experience at Pinkie Nails has been nothing short of amazing.
From the moment you walk in to when you cash out they make you feel like family, they’re extremely nice to you. My nails always look amazing and the hand massage at the end is to die for.
Overall I can’t say enough good things about this nail salon, extremely sanitary and clean, lovely and welcome staff and a beautiful ambiance, this is the first salon I’ve walked out of being happy with my nails every time!!!!

I went to this place off a whim last time, but Jean and Anita are amazing! Jean has such technical ability with the nails she does (I got gel both times and they were the best i've seen). Anita took her time and even used a detail brush to make sure my entire pedicure polish was perfect. All while being massaged and pampered, like another reviewer said everyone's a VIP!

Such a wonderful experience!
I took my 10 year old to get a pedicure with me for a girls day and my 18 month old tagged along as well. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and took their time with our pedicures. My 10 year old commented on how kind and attentive the entire staff was to her. We loved how our nails came out and felt relaxed and pampered the whole time! My 18 month old had so much fun watching us get our pedicures done and the ladies working were so good with keeping her entertained.
I will definitely be back soon!

I’ve been here twice now. This is the best nail place in CT because they treat everyone like a VIP. Everyone that works here is so friendly and welcoming. As soon as you walk in they greet you, place a heating pad on your shoulders and try to make you comfortable to begin your service. Jean is amazing, she did UV gel manicure that is better than anyone I’ve ever had do my nails. She takes her time and does them right! Try the pink and white UV! She can do any shape as well. The owner Cindy is so attentive to everyone and will go above to make you comfortable. There’s a really happy positive energy here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This was the worst experience for my daughter. She got an acrylic set, they are uneven and the wrong shape after telling them numerous times what she wanted. It took an hour and a half, which is way longer than usual. Her cuticles were bleeding and the woman put nail glue on the blood. DO NOT GO THERE. IT WAS $185 for a set and 2 gel manicures.

I have been going to Pinkie Nails since Cindy bought it as Venus from the previous owner. She is a delightful woman, and I love everyone at the salon. They do a great job and are truly kind and wonderful to all who go there. They have a client centered attitude and play music meant for customers to relax and enjoy the visit. It’s s place truly worth going to and remaining a loyal customer for years to come.

I will never ever go here again. The man who was doing my fill didn't know what he was doing & when I asked someone else to please fix & finish then just told me no because he was the one doing it. So they asked me to pay $10.00 & I left with my nails half done and they were a mess. I had to go somewhere else & pay another $35.00. Terrible customer service to let someone walk out and not make it right.

Anita is amazing and always does an amazing job with my gel manicures. She takes her time with the clean up and actually cleans the cuticles unlike most places. My manicures usually last 3-4 weeks before any real chipping happens. I've been seeing her for a little over a year and I'm glad I found her here!

I have been coming here for years - should have left a review sooner! Have never had anything less than great experiences. Their staff is friendly and accommodating; the salon is clean and lovely, right in market square, always sunny and breezy, door is often open which I love. I haven’t found a place locally or even out of state that does reflexology as well during a pedicure. Nice to have your nails painted but truly relaxing to have a wonderful massage. I went here on a Saturday. 3 hours later because they did everything manually,(meaning-they hand filed all my nails) it was not what i asked for. I asked for square , i walked out with round. I’m so upset even writing this. It’s now Tuesday and from Sunday night my gel nail polish has been peeling off. The pedicure was $45- and like someone else said in these reviews “I could have done better had I did them my self “. In total i paid $100 and it was not worth it. The entire experience was terrible.
