I can't say enough good things about Pieces of Time! The shop is beautiful, the owner is very nice and knowledgeable, and the time pieces he is selling are exquisite and fairly priced.
I would highly recommend this shop to any of my friends or family without any hesitation.

Stopped in today not knowing I needed to set an appointment. Rick was amazing and had a moment to speak with me. Not only that but he graciously took the time to help me with a fix for a proprietary piece that broke on my father's watch. I will certainly be a return customer for my next watch purchase. Thank you again! Happy New Year

My wife bought me a high end chronograph as a wedding gift, for several thousand dollars. An Ollech and Wajs diving watch. After a few months I noticed that despite my regular windings, it would run slow. Then I took it into a shallow pool. And remember the face of the watch said “waterproof”. The watch stopped working. The face was damaged by droplets of water that leaked in. I reached out to Rick, the owner of this establishment, about fixing this issue. I was told that a simple maintenance and cleaning would get it back to normal. But he ironically said he did not have the time. So not only was the watch faulty from the start, Rick did not take any responsibility for it. What saddens me the most is that the watch used to be a beautiful symbol of my marriage, and at one timeI considered it to be the nicest gift I had ever been given. But after my interaction with Rick, it’s just a sore reminder that you just can’t put your trust in small businesses anymore. Where is the integrity? It’s no wonder people end up just going to Amazon now. Further evidence that American businesses are self destructing due to a lack of honor and laziness.

Rick is a class act and rare breed. His knowledge of and passion for fine timepieces is second to none and shines through every aspect of his business. He stands behind his work and the pieces he sells, no questions asked. He has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with over the years.

I'll add my enthusiastic endorsement for Rick and Pieces of Time. I recently purchased a Hamilton Model 22 chronometer from Rick and could not be happier with the results. He serviced the 80-year-old watch so that it is keeping time to within a couple of seconds per day, then packaged it up like it was a carton of eggs for its journey across the country to me. Throughout the process communications were excellent, with Rick patiently answering my innumerable questions. All in all it was a great experience, and I'm already shopping his site for my next purchase.

Most knowledgeable person that deals with vintage watches. Stands by what he sells, and always is there to respond to questions. It is rare the love and passion the owner has for what he does! would recommend without a doubt or hesitation. If you are in the market for a vintage time piece, this is the place to find your next watch!

I own a beautiful, mint condition, vintage Vacheron Constantin. Contacted the establishment via phone and left a message asking for a call back just to speak about the piece. Never received a call. I wanted the watch movement looked over simply. After a week of no call back, I texted the number. The individual replied and stated "I'm going to pass" without even asking what I needed. It was extremely unprofessional especially when this watch is exactly what their website states they specialize in. Couldn't be more disappointed. Pieces of time was a "waste of time."
