Now when I pick up my family prescriptions, there is no wait and no trouble getting my medications. They even offer home delivery!”

“Sam Club was busy yesterday the parking lot but inside was pretty okay. Been here several tine I was disappointed that my Ivory Deodorant wasn't there but I was impressed by the broccoli salad; the cooked grilled chicken and the blueberries, cranberries, walnuts and bleu cheese salad they all worth the prices for each. There was a line and a lady said I will take the next on #2 I love that proactiveness let me help to get the lines down. The young man was very helpful in the vegetable area he was unloading tomatoes etc. later a coworker came to help him so he could take lunch. Kudos to you Betances she was very friendly as well. My friend order the gallon waters so we had to go to the back to pick them up and Reuben was very nice in help getting the waters on the truck. His Boss Vinny came out to assist him. Loved it because it shows TEAM work. Great experience always but I decided to write a review today.”

“I am writing to thank April and Paul in the bakery department for all their help and hard work on December 31, 2023. I had placed and paid for an order approximately 2 weeks prior for 2 large trays of breakfast items for New Years Day. My plan was to just run in and pick the trays up. For whatever reason the order was never filled. April and Paul went to work immediately, as busy as they were, to fill the order very quickly for me. I appreciated they were able to do this since I was on a tight schedule with little time to spare. You both made it work. Again, thank you for all your help. Janet P”

He is always looking to help the customer save money on prescriptions which is immensely helpful considering the price of prescriptions today. “I recently had a good experience with this CVS. This is not our regular pharmacy, but due to certain shortages, we were having difficulty filling a prescription. I called numerous places and this CVS was the first that had it. My phone hold time was shorter than at other places. After I asked the provider to send the prescription, I waited a bit and then drove to CVS. There was a short line, but they were well staffed and managed the line well. The prescription was not ready yet, which was not surprising to me in light of when the provider sent the prescription. They acknowledged that they had received it and offered to expedite it if I wanted to wait. They said it would be 15 minutes. In less than 15 minutes, they called my name and I had my prescription. While I waited, I bought Father's Day cards and some other essentials. This was the best recent experience I've had at a pharmacy.Five Stars”

“If every CVS pharmacy would operate like the Newington location, they would be highly regarded. This is the few CVS store and pharmacy that I have ever been in that the staff was courteous, friendly, competent and efficient. You never wait for hours or even days like some CVS's for a prescription. CVS needs to use this as a model store and train all their employees here! Orders filled on time and they really work to get you the best value. Informative team will always go the extra mile to help you.”

“Just went through the drive thru pharmacy. I've had issue's with some prescriptions and insurance in the past. In the past there has been some confusion and information that was put in wrong, causing some extra stress. Sigimol just helped me, she answered all my questions and helped me use coupons to save a good amount of money on my prescriptions. Just wanted to show my appreciation. Thank you, you are appreciated and made someone's day.”
