Newington CT store has a rare gem named Greg! I have been shopping here for years and Greg has been a staple there and what a wonderful, helpful person he is! Always willing to help out and answer questions. I hope he is appreciated and recognized there from his managers!

I got charged for blood worms and Krill shrimp wen I went to pick up my order the only gave me the krill shrimp and not the blood worms and the manager was very unprofessional I show him the recipe that I did buy both and he never gave it to me and I'm still waiting for my refund ?????

I was looking for a special cone for my dog and I couldn’t find it anywhere until I came here. They seem to have very good inventory. The employees were very helpful with help me find a few items that I couldn’t find by myself. The membership here is awesome!! I can’t wait to come back again to get my dogs nails trimmed. Thank you for such a great experience with Customer Service!!

We always have a great experience at petco. We shop there regularly. Last time we were at this particular petco the employee saw how badly my daughter wanted a hamster & let her get a little box to pretend with her plush. This time I came in so excited because finally I was going to surprise my girl & was gonna get a hamster. I watched her as she stood next to one & I eyed her brother because we were going to tell her. Then your employee, Hayley told her “give me that box” snatched it away from her and said “this is not a toy.” She frightened my daughter and obviously I was not going to give our business to this establishment. There’s a way to talk to customers and that’s at any age. Disgusted with not only her customer service but her treatment of people in general.

I'm only giving 4 stars because I had to raise a little stink, other wise I'd give it 5. Tyler understood the issue and he was able to solve it. Thanks for going above and beyond.

I would never go this Petco again. Unprofessional and they have no empathy for dogs. I’m happy that my dog did not get groomed. The worst part is that the store manager apologized to the grooming receptionist after the receptionist laughed at me. I asked the manager for her supervisor’s name and she refused to give me the information.
