I was couple mins late staff was very understanding, having a puppy is not easy, but overall staff was very informative and so attentive to us. Shots and a nice treat for Rocky.

Some staff members are good but i went to get a Guinea Pig and there's a mid age short hair lady I was asking help she was so rude and unprofessional she refused to answer my questions and literally walked away and i stood there in the aisle for a whole minute thinking she was coming back to help me out.

Former employee I quit here few months back Groomer I was transferred from three other petcos prior Why you ask? Because every petco was awful and the people and management never cared about you! Every groomer in newington quit so what does this tell you?

I gave it a 1 so could write a review .Called to see if they had any chameleons . Jackson or veiled . Manager said " no" abruptly and said they are not good for beginners anyway and I should research first anyway. Lol that the answer you get I guess if you call to check if they have any in stock ..... 1. You don't know if we are beginners or not 2. We will take our business elsewhereWe were there last year for the Jackson chameleon . I was hoping they had more as they are in town and Close by.

Not a good service. Puppy got paw cut while they trimmed the nails. They didnt notice they hurt our puppy and she was bleeding every where.Not all nails were trimmed and we paid for the service.Please avoid using them

I will NEVER come here again, specifically for grooming. To make a long story short, the groomer that works there had a bad attitude and she gives false information. I paid more money for my dog who came back to me looking the exact same way he looked when he was dropped off then when my dog was matted. I was trying to ask her questions and she wasn't trying to hear me, she just kept cutting me off. You can see by the other reviews this is not a great place to get your dog groomed here. I'll find another place where the employees don't talk to you like crap.
