Rosie is an absolute delight. I make it a point to do my food shopping on early friday mornings just because of her. No matter how my morning started her bright eyes and pleasant demeanor always perk me up and send me about my day in a positive mood.

Look, look! Ok I went to Stop and Shop and the store reminded me of Krogers in Houston, Tx. So I'm snapping pictures, admiring the produce and doing my grocery shopping. I kept seeing something pass by the isle. I was admiring how clean and organized the store was, I don't know about y'all but pretty meat? fresh produce and scrumptious looking desserts makes me buy more than I went in for. There goes that shadow again. So I'm self checking out and LOOK A ROBOT!!! When I tell y'all I was tickled pink, I was tickled pink! I saw one of the workers and there I go with 50 questions. Charlie's job is to look for spills, shop lifters, sleepers on the job, cashiers stealing and stocker not doing their jobs and making sure everything looks immaculate just like the pictures. Oh yeah, he helps little old ladies with their groceries. Lol just kidding!! Charlie's job is Risk Management. I don't know is that Robot was sizing me up or posing for the Gram. That store was so clean you could eat off the floor. Also like Krogers in Houston, TX you receive discounts for certain items which would add up to a discount at the pump. This is my go to grocery store while in Connecticut.

Deli counter has several options and service is fast.Overall the ambiance is casual just wished they were more aware about their conversations about customers.

I am so unhappy with Stop and Shop on Fenn Rd in Newington. I decided to pick up a few packs of the easy cook package rice. I noticed they had a few different sizes on sale; 4 for $5 so I choose 4packs of the flavors I like in different sizes. Got to the register where the price didn't ring correctly so I called for assistance and explained to the attendant it didn't ring up as 4for $5. He told me to go get him the price; I told him that's not possible because the price cannot be removed, and if he can just check the price to be sure. He said he is busy and can't at the moment. I asked for the supervisor this is where another clerk came instead. Her name is Tori she checked, then came back and said the 4 for $5 that I selected were incorrect. ( At this point I walk with her back to where the items were located.) I showed her the two different sizes each had the 4/$5 and if it's not correct then this is on the store, I showed her where she saw the items exactly how I explained. "I said to her I don't work here, therefore, it's not my fault if things aren't set up correctly", I then asked for her supervisor (again). Finally the supv. Theresa came over and we explained to her the issue. She started to reorganize the items on the shelf to put them inorder and said "items sometimes get put in the wrong places". (Honesty this is totally understandable but that's on the store not me.) Theresa asked if I want them and I said yes for the price they said before. She then told Tori to void them because the price is not what she said. Let me say my cart had over $100 dollars worth of groceries. But, it was disappointing how they were acting as if I was lying and wanted a free discount. I am a regular customer at stop and shop, I felt as if I was begging which was unfair.

Stop & shop has become the worst grocery store to shop at. management will watch you stand 7-8 people deep at the only register open. No, I'm not using your self checkout I'm not an employee.. Bakery was decent now most items are stale. You get one star because it won't let me choose zero..

This was fantastic! My daughter and I had stomach flu and desperately needed supplies, including anti-nausea meds! My daughter actually thought about it and ordered the first drop off when I started getting sick too! It was soooo helpful! Best service ever! ( :

I wanna say I love it I really do ordered 3 times first two came no problems but this 3rd one was just a headache can’t blame the company just the staff I’m very disappointed like truly they dropped off 200 hundred dollars worth of groceries to the wrong door they didn’t even call to make sure it was the right adress very disappointed in this transaction like what if I didn’t catch it in time someone would just have my things and I’m just cheeked out no sir can’t be me like I said peapod is good just follow simple directions that’s all I ask truly. I hope this helps people just make sure they know to call you

Your night crew is useless! Your poor bottle guy comes in at 10am & all of the machines are broken, the machines were full & there were bags of crushed bottles outside the door. As soon as he clocks in he has to empty everything & clean everything & fix it all with no help. Disgusting! Start telling all of your other employees to do their job. Rich for employee of the YEAR for sure.

great selection, courteous staff and conveniently located to me. I'lm closer to the Elmwood Store and not Far from Kane Street but prefer the Fenn Road. nice clientele with CCSU students and people from New Britain Newington and ever West Hartford. plus great flowers as I will buy my girlfriend her birthday flowers for 6/12 there
