Hours: Mission Statement The mission of the Newington Art League is: 1. To increase interest in the visual arts by providing stimulating demonstrations and exhibitions. 2. To advance the visual arts while fostering a community spirit by participation in community events. 3. To facilitate practice of the visual arts by artists of all levels of ability and interest by providing a creative venue for artists. Demonstrations by practicing artists are part of each of the regular meetings. Meetings are open to the public and are held on the 2nd Wednesday of March-June and September-December at 6:30 p.m. in the Newington Senior and Disabled Center.
