I recently had my oil changed at Monroe on the Berlin Turnpike and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. The team was incredibly professional and efficient. The store manager, Ray, in particular, was exceptionally professional and ensured everything was handled smoothly. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was seamless. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future automotive needs. Highly recommend!

Mgr. Ray was so nice and knowledgeable and worked out a price I could afford which I appreciated so much. And Chelsea the Asst Mgr., who was so pleasant and helpful, took me right away when I walked in. Tito the tech explained everything to me in detail and did a great job in repairing my car. I would highly recommend Monro in Newington if you want a helpful knowledgeable staff working to do their best for you!

I went to get my oil changed, which is never a pleasant experience, but I had a great experience. Ray the store manager was polite and courteous. He works so hard to keep everything running smoothly. I think he deserves a raise and a promotion. He obviously cares about the company.

Monro refused to rotate my tires. I had a coupon for oil change with tire rotation. The technician felt the tires didn't need to be rotated. They are new tires and I want the wear and tear to be distributed evenly.

Monro manager Ray and GSC Chelsea were so helpful. I thought I may need an alternator for starting problems with car. Ray got my car in quickly, explained after testing that alternator was fine but battery was dead. What a relief. Good job everyone thanks.
