She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done in an efficient manner. My new Verizon iphone that I purchased online would not operate properly as the sim card that it came with did not function and I needed a new one. Leticia patiently and efficiently diagnosed the issue and resolved it. She worked with my for about 45 minutes to make sure all issues were resolved. Now that is excellent customer service!
