I experienced a break down in Rocky Hill, CT. I Google and found Mirabelli. I called a nice lady answered. She was able to dispatch a driver fairly quickly. She said 90 minutes but was confident it would be sooner. I asked by her description if it'd about 30 minutes and she said possibly. Well it was over 90 minutes. The driver showed up. I'll mention that I had to make a follow upcall to find out where the truck was. I was told it was on it's way. Guy shows up and thru conversation he tells me that he got taken off my tow and sent to do a tow for the owner. This is why Mirabelli got one star. I guess I wasn't more important than a classic GTO.

They were unfriendly and uncooperative, trying to force us to keep our car there after towing so that they could be the ones to do the body work for the insurance. If the newington police tow your vehicle, tell them not to tow it here.

I was rear ended on the Berlin turnpike and the car was towed here. They are charging us 450$ for the towing and they won't let me pay for it and get the car because it's in my wife's name. They are continuing to charge us for storage.

I was recommend by another garage due to having a diesel truck - Nissan Titan There always an issues that was rather urgent and extreme . The team at Mirabelli got back to right away They got a tow truck out to me that day And talked me through every steps There was a another issue that cropped up and they where able to ask and address issues after the conversation They also helped me return my rental car

Horrible service from Mirabelli towing, was told the were to busy to tow my car home, but I followed him and he sat at a gas station for 20 minutes. Know the have my car and I have to pay storage and it’s a holiday. They are crooks and told me who cares insurance is paying for it

Shamar was awesome! What a life saver. I called her from Boston for help with a stranded family member outside of Hartford. She had a driver on site within 10 minutes and kept me on the phone so I could hear that everybody was alright. I told that she didn't need to do all of that, but she said that my piece of mind was important. ..What a kind and special person.

The first time I needed emissions on my truck I ran to 2-3 different places, each one telling me that they don't do something (Ford doesn't do diesel, the place up the street doesn't do trucks, etc). I ended up at Mirabelli the first time, and it was a typical sit and wait to get my emissions done (not that there's a problem with that). I recently got my emissions done there again, and it was lightning fast. I barely had time to sit down before my truck was ready to go. If I ever have issues with my truck in the future, they will be the first place I call.

I give Mirabelli 5 stars. Vehicle broke down on Rt. 9 in a bad spot with even worse drivers. I called Mirabelli and they had a tow truck out and took me and my kid off the dangerous route within 20 minutes. Before coming I asked if they can fix the vehicle and they said they would. Tow driver was great, car was fixed the next day. It was a pleasure to pay the bill. Very fair price too.

Their receptionist is very rude and has a nasty attitude. She talks in a condescending manner and has no sense of customer service skills. I understand that people go through things but learn to put your personal feelings aside and treat everyone with respect and care. Especially when the person is responding to a letter that YOU sent them.

This wrecker service had to tow my big truck and trailer off the side of Route 9 yesterday February 13, 2020. I have I have been in situations like that before in 28 years driving, but never have I ever been treated with that much courtesy. They take great care of your equipment and they have to be some of the most professional men I've ever dealt with. They put them in harm's way to provide a service to us and it showed last evening. Thanks to the two men that got me out of there yesterday. Be safe and God Bless! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks!
