Excellent phlebotomists with great "stick" skills.I have been quite pleased with the customer service and ease of use of this facility in New Britain.I've had to bring my children here for blood work along with personal use, and the people are friendly and quite knowledgeable, and really make things easy when you're going to get blood drawn, which is never a fun thing.Other than the waiting room needing to be more temperature-controlled, in the winter or summer... don't have any more substantive feedback, criticism.The blood draw rooms are clean and neat and very organized, and everyone is very helpful and friendly and really wants to make sure your stay as pleasant and relaxed.It pains me to see bad reviews bc it's juts people complaining about waiting. Quite frankly, the reviews are likely not fair and should be flagged.I highly recommend this location. I've even seen some of the people that were there the last time I stopped in, and they greeted me warmly and were happy to see me. I would personally refer and have said to people to go to this location to have their blood drawn.Great job all! Keep up the good work. ?? ”

“I was a walk in today, for a blood test. Upon entering the gorgeous facility, I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies at the front desk of the hospital. They pointed out where Quest was, just past their desk. I did the kiosk entry and waited only 5 minutes before a lovely lady with an amazing smile, called my name. She was terrific, gentle with the needle, gracious and very caring, prepping for the initial pinch. We were done in 5 minutes. The only thing that happened that isn't good, is that I think my wallet fell out in the seat, and I didn't find out till I got home an hour later. I had just given her my credit card. I'm hoping she found it. They were closed and the front desk of the hospital didn't have it. So I'm stuck waiting overnight, to reach someone.”

“Upon checking in to my scheduled time I was almost immediately called in. The facility is extremely clean and the entire experience took less than 10 minutes. Completely pain free. As someone who is always extremely anxious when having blood drawn, this was by far the most comfortable and calm I have ever felt.”

“I went to this location a couple days ago and was very happy with the service. My appointment was for 9:30am but I was early and there was an opening for 9:15, so I was able to change it to that when I was checking in. I think I was taken in right at 9:15, so there was barely any wait time. I was a little worried at first because my order was a bit complicated, and the last phlebotomist I saw gave me the impression that she wasn't confident in what she was doing. This time, I had a different phlebotomist (Liana) and she was kind, patient, and competent. Despite my complicated order of tests, she still worked quickly but carefully. She was also able to find a vein quickly, which I appreciated because usually other phlebotomists and nurses have trouble with this due to my difficult veins and a lot of scar tissue. Overall I would recommend going to this location, especially if Liana is there.”

“Writing a review because the previous ones seem a bit outdated... This place is spotless (it must have been recently renovated) They now have a completely automated check-in, which did cause me a bit of confusion (the staff didn't see that I checked in on their end, even though it showed up on my end). Regardless, they came and got me within five minutes. The person dealing with us was very nice and made the experience as smooth as possible. I got results the next day.”

As I was talking with the technician after the draw, she noticed my son was starting to pass out, his color faded and we were able to get out arms around him before he fell. The entire staff came, helped us get him safely to the floor, fan him, put ice on him and gave him water. They were professional, attentive, caring and made a scary situation turn out great.”

There is no one who has made me feel more at ease throughout the process and even provide a few laughs than Rosa. I feel well taken care of, respected, and my concerns are heard. “Great service and great staff! I had a prescription from my doctor and they had me in and out within 15 minutes. All my results were available the next day! If you want a smooth experience, make sure you make your appointment online. Although they do accept walk ins, they will prioritize people with appointments first. Early appointments book up fast. The staff at this Quest are very busy as I'm sure most of them are. Even so, they take such good care of their patients. Nice and clean office, smooth checking process. My phlebotomist was professional and gentle. I wish I caught her name. I was really amazed at how she handled my fear and anxiety with needles. Loving this location and will continue to come here for any blood work.”
