I was a loyal customer until I arrived today only to be ignored for 10 minutes. I was ready to move forward on a project however one of the owners was so rude and unhelpful I will never go back.
I asked him for flooring options and he said “look around” to which I asked do you have any suggestions and he said “they are all the same”

Guy on the phone was extremely rude. Acted like he was doing me a big favor by even talking to me. Bad tone. Wasn't accommodating at all, just demanded I come to the store. Learn how to talk to customers!

Very personable and easy to work with crew. Jeff went above and beyond helping me pick out carpet samples, scheduled measurements and delivered a quote promptly. The team that installed the carpets did an amazing job! No seams are showing and everything turned out beautiful. Don't think twice, hire McBride for you next renovations.

We had new carpet installed on our stairway. It's beautiful and the workman did a wonderful job. We interacted with Tommy McBride - he's delightful. Completely satisfied and highly recommend.

McBride just replaced our upstairs carpet and they did a fabulous job. We are so glad that we chose them after getting quotes from several other national companies. McBride's prices were within the same range as their competitors and the quality of their product is way better. Installation was exactly as described (1 and a half days). The carpet installers arrived on time, ended when they told us they would, and cleaned up after themselves. They also accept credit card payment. We are thrilled with the new carpet, and will use their company again for future flooring needs.

We stopped in after checking out a few others stores looking for a remnant for a staircase. Scott was the most helpful person we came across in any store. He let us look first and then answered all the questions we had. He helped us find the best carpet for the job and explained the pluses and minuses of each style. Great prices, fantastic service. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

McBride carpet is a family owned store. They have a very wide selection of flooring and are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Their installers to exceptional work. I would highly recommend them.

Family owned, Scott McBride is very knowledgeable and honest. The workers do a great job with installations and they even made me a binded runner with the leftover carpets. The prices are fair and they won't point you immediately to the most expensive carpet. 5 stars for sure, best choice on the Berlin Turnpike.
