Kyle was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and helped make our decision super easy. We haven't been able to sleep in our bed in weeks due to back pain, but I was apprehensive to get a new mattress because I couldn't imagine a comfortable firm mattress. I was so wrong! Kyle didn't try to pressure us and truly listened to what we needed and helped us find the perfect mattress and adjustable base. We can't wait to get our new mattress!!! We absolutely recommend Mattress Firm. Ask for Kyle!!!

We were very happy with our purchase and very impressed with Jared who was so good to us. He really showed us all the options as well as all the features. We purchased as we were so impressed with him and all the help that he gave us. He broke down every option visually so w could get a estimate and see all our options clearly.
