I would give them a zero if it would let me , they have a partnership for installation with Angi List , 1st , when you buy the installation they won’t tell you it’s through Angi ,they basically sell you as a lead to Angi list , I bought the garage door opener from Lowe’s with installation, the guy from Angi arrived , he said the garage door opener is not the problem but you have to replace it any ways and I have to replace the spring on the door and you have to pay me extra $250 for that ( the whole installation for garage door opener is $179 ) , so they asked for $429 for the job , when I decided to cancel, Lowe’s gave me back the money for product and advised to call Angi to cancel installation, Angi told me to contact Lowe’s for refund , this is so messed up , such a bad service ,

Because Lowes is Closer to my house it was my go to place however they have now gone completely self check out.
This for me is a big deterrent to go there when I drive an extra Two Miles and go to Home Depot where they still have Customer Service.

So as I walked in and looked around I was asked if there was anything I needed. I like this in a store like Lowes. Items can be difficult to find but someone’s going to assist you when you need it. I was out in less than 5 minutes. I purchased a/c padding for the sun block.

Where do I start… Don’t go to Lowe’s. Employees are clueless and lucky if they even know if they work there let alone where things are. Home Depot is 5 minutes down the road and more than willing to help you find anything you would need with a smile on there face, highly recommend. Ps the only reason I came to this auction house is because they had the leftovers from Home Depot and I needed more of it. For example, a kid that I guess has a job there made us walk across the store to price check something, no offer to go check himself, radio someone… no. Made me waste more of my valuable time to walk across the store for him to tell me “sorry someone must of put those in the wrong spot”. I asked another semi employee where something was and the guy goes “ not my department” and walks away. I walked out of there $170 poorer and 45 minutes of my life I will never get back. I will never go there again even if they gave me half the store for free.

Why have a phone number if you're not going to answer. I called multiple times on different days for about 7 to 15 minutes each time and nothing. But good thing I didn't have that problem with Home Depot.

I've purchased 2 different products that had to be ordered and delivered to my residence, both arrived in boxes that were in poor condition. Both were also prevoius returns to the store. Boxes were torn, damaged retaped and missing parts. I highly advise using Home Depot or TSC for most purchases that need to be ordered.
