We were so excited to work with Hima until the install went wrong. The installers had to cut the pantry in order for it to fit. There are so many scratches and dents and screw holes in almost all the cabinets (see added photos - white cabinets) we can’t event keep track. Almost 10 years of saving for a home to end up with compromised cabinets to end up with a pile of wood chips everywhere makes me regret going with them. Not to mention the lack of responsiveness and professionalism is disheartening to say the least. Fazia did want to make things right and sent the installers to try and patch some of the issues but when I called regarding the screw holes after not hearing from them for close to a week, Hima insisted on raising her voice and I eventually had to hang up when she started to yell and continue to insist that I didn’t understand. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Fazia was wonderful, fast accurate and top quality merchandise. from start to finish the experience was wonderful. After going down the street and found inferior quality and empty promises . Fazia quickly worked on our project and designed a wonderful space with much more cabinets than the other brands . Her knowledge and recommendations were 100 percent accurate. The install team was absolutely wonderful fast and efficient. The workmanship of the installer was second to none . Highly recommend.

Fozia was very knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. The cabinets are great and everything came together with the quartz countertops and hardware. She was also very accommodating throughout the process. I am so happy with my kitchen!! Thank you Fozia!

We had our kitchen totally remodeled and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Fozia is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I also really appreciate that this is a women-run, local business. Unlike big-box stores, the customer service is top of the line and it’s always easy to reach someone. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with the owners of Kitchen and Flooring Depot on the Berlin Turnpike in Newington. The owners, two sisters, Fozia and Huma, are experts in kitchen design. Both women have been working in the field of kitchen planning, layout, and installation for more than 20 years--and it shows. After making an appointment with Fozia, we discussed our old kitchen layout andwhat we wanted in a new kitchen design. Fozia created a new plan on paper, taking into account all our needs and wishes. Later that week, we had a few more questions and Huma met with us to address all of our concerns.Then, Fozia came to our house and took further measurements to gain a full and accurate understanding of our kitchen space. When all of us were in full agreement, Fozia ordered the cabinets and told us exactly when the cabinets would arrive and when they would be installed. She then helped us select a quartzite countertop and sent us to visit the stone fabricator to select our slab of rock. All the installers were careful and courteous in our home. The cabinet installation took place over two days and the countertop was installed a week later. What professionals!Service: Custom cabinet design & installation

I have lived in my home now since 1990 with the same 1950’s vinyl kitchen that came with it—bright red counter tops and all. I have considered redoing my kitchen several times but was always nervous about finding the right person to help me re-design my kitchen into the type of kitchen I have always dreamed of—Fozia at Kitchen and Flooring Depot was the person who helped this come true. Kitchen and Flooring Depot was patient, considerate, and swift with helping my kitchen be the place I want to host my family again. Fozia helped me design everything—down to every little detail. Anytime things didn’t go according to plan as some renovation steps may go, she was quick to make sure everything worked out. My husband and I have had nightmare situations with previous renovations on our home and with Fozia we finally had an easy-going, productive, and enjoyable experience. Kitchen and Flooring Depot was able to deliver and install cabinets, countertops, and backsplash on time and with high quality, in the midst of all the supply chain problems and worker shortages of the covid 19 pandemic. Our friends and family are astonished when we tell them about the timeline in which our kitchen was completed. I had a terrible experience with Kitchen and Flooring Depot of Newington.This company remodeled my kitchen. They had contractors for the installation of the cabinets and for the countertops.The cabinets guys were just terrible. They took apart my plumbing unnecessarily. It cost me an EXTRA 350.00 to put my plumbing back the way it was. I was told that there is nothing that Kitchen and Flooring Depot would do for me even though it was their contractor's fault. Never mind the dents and dings left on the new cabinets from the installers.I just had a new driveway put in and there was not supposed to be any large trucks on my new driveway. Well the countertop contractor told me that if they could not park on my driveway, then they would not do the job they came to do which was putting in the countertop.They made a dent in my wall when installing. They were just terrible, never mind 1.5 hours late.There are many Kitchen remodeling companies out there. DO NOT USE THIS ONE!!!!I am a legitimate customer and these are facts.There is a lot more negative, but I have said enough in this review.Unhappy customer.Services: Pre-made cabinet design & installation

l recommend Fozia and her sister my kitchen is beautiful.l was impressed by their professional expertise.These ladies go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.I would highly recommend them if you have a budget they will work you.They have an excellent team .
