Having been diagnosed with Cancer in 2009 and dealing with 10 cancer relapses/surgeries since then and countless amount of chemotherapy rounds I don't know what took me so long to get my medical card. My most recent relapse and surgery was in June and I finally decided to get my card. Healing from major surgeries has always been tough and side effects from chemotherapy are needless to say aggressively unwelcoming. Since getting my card I've received nothing but great customer service from welcoming/ caring/ understanding staff at this dispensary. I never feel judged with any questions I may have, if anything everyone is super nice and welcoming every time I go. Thank you so much for helping me in so many ways, not only with physical pain but a little ease at mind and better nights of actual sleep!

Update 2024: I have to reduce by another star for a couple of reasons. 1. They are short of product frequently and I have to go to Zen to find the flower I want as well as the edible selection dwindling and hard to find. 2. The staff really need a lesson on not moving their masks to cough into their hand as they handle your product. Lots of coughing today, it was unnerving.Update: I Reduced by 1 star as they admit "we had some post-adult use growing pains, but our menu, prices, and in-store efficiency have improved significantly since your last visit, and we're constantly evolving." I am staying with them because of the incentives and a seemingly genuine desire to want to meet my needs as my medical user. Will continue to update and revise.So I have been a medicinal user for a few years now and this is my 3rd dispensary. Switching was seamless and quick and all the staff a super nice. Awesome variety of menu items and prices are consistent - oh yeah, they have a rewards program! Nice selection of Pax carts and will special order if needed - this was the decider if I wasn't already blown away. Lots of easy parking Groovy.

They have the best edibles selection around. Online ordering is smooth and easy. All of the staff are extremely pleasant and attentive to you. I walk in and out in a matter of a few minutes with everything I need without any issues!!!

I’ve been a medical marijuana patient since the beginning been enjoying the benefits of it for a long time now but in recent years, I started doing business with fine fettle in Newington. I gotta tell you that place is horrible. The people that work there are obnoxious they never have anything on their menu. They’re always out of everything and their menu is overpriced And they could do a lot better with their system. Frankly, they should do a lot better for the medical patients in general ever since they started doing recreational seals that’s all they cater to the recreational people, while the medical patients are left behind in the dust. Well, I can’t tell you how much money I spent there last year more than most a lot more than most and if anybody, at fine fettle wants to go check my records and look it up. Go ahead because you guys are gonna lose all that business in the future cause I’m never going back there again. You can keep all my points and stick them with the good sun don’t shine, I’ve tried many times to complain to managers and nobody really cares. website is terrible. tries to be too innovative. just put your products online. not trying to subscribe to emails just to buy flower.

Wow I was very impressed by their menu and the customer service. Also their selection was pretty good. 1st place I was able to but cannabis drinks. Very excited.
