Great ways to get business done. But all I know is that homegirl with the receding hairline looked like she had an attitude problem and was just outside on her phone. And then walked out again after coming back inside. #callsomebody. Maybe a new job.

If I could give 0 I would. Second Time my breast pump delivered to the wrong address with one week. It is insurance covered. I will not get approved a third time. I have called and called and no one answers it’s always the machine input. I hate fed ex. It is not top priority either. Even if you pay for it. Still gets here days late and freaking wrong. Even added notes on the package that said my correct address over and over. But Yk. I’d give a 0.

I left work early to get to the store before closing. I arrived at 6:58PM and there was a sign on the door that the store was closed.If you want to be finished with customers by 7PM, then closing time should be changed to 6:45. This isn’t a restaurant where someone will sit down for 30-40 minutes after closing, this is FedEx. I just wasted 30 minutes for this and have a flight tomorrow AM.

Have had a very positive experience with everyone here every time I've been; the amazing team at this location makes such a difference! ...very helpful, friendly & top notch customer service (special thanks to halima & joey--though everyone was great!) ...have never left here without a satisfied smile from having my expectations exceeded by their phenomenal service...Keep up the great job giving everyone who comes your way the same level of expertice & attention to detail in a professional yet caring way!(Just came in for business cards today, but have been here numerous times for everything from printing to laminating & other less common requests & have never been disappointed...highly recommend, will definitely share & continue returning! ...they always go above & beyond & are shining examples of top notch relationship builders & retainers, the best brand ambassadors a company could ask for! They've been the reason I keep returning, the deciding factor between Fedex & a more conveniently-located (& sometimes -priced) competitor...great team!!!

I went for pictures she said I don’t know how to do it and ask another guy to take it he repeated twice with very bad attitude unprofessional! Then bad quality pictures get refused and not accept it! I told them they start saying we take with specific measurements and she waked away!!!!!I ended up go to Walgreens for another photo which was much better quality than the one I got from Fedex! Very bad experience!

This was my second visit to the store, because I had such a great experience my first time. Even though it was rush hour, Santino, Kelly, and Leanne handled the long lines with grace, kindness, and efficiency. The staff was incredibly patient and went above and beyond my expectations to ensure my documents were printed to my liking. They were super transparent with the pricing, and helped make adjustments to my documents to make sure they printed cleanly. Although they are not my nearest Fedex, I will continue to visit them for my needs! Thanks y’all!!!
