Louis was great. He came on time both days on time and worked late to make sure our kitchen was done with in the two day install days. He was so quiet that my baby was able to sleep through install. Our kitchen came out beautiful.

I had stone countertops installed with one being a wall mounted. After about a month it started sagging. Upon inspection it became apparent they secured the over 200 pound countertop to the wall with glue and two brackets that could not support the weight. I got in touch to have them fix the problem and send photos. After a few weeks of haggling they refused to even come out to see it. I had to pay for another company come reinstall it. The other countertops are also uneven with lips and gaps between pieces.

Express kitchen does not explain that the down payment
for the measurement is not refundable if you decide to cancel your kitchen project. Their business practices is not trustworthy .

Spent 30 minutes in the store and got ZERO acknowledgement. I understand it's Sunday and there's only 1 person there working with customer but atleast stop and say "sorry it's going to be a while, please come back" or let me know how long to expect... but no, I felt like I could have carried the displays out the front door and the guy wouldn't have blinked.

I highly recommend Ken at your Newington location.He spent the time needed for us to make our selection for our new bathroom vanity with a granite top. Most importantly he worked diligently to make sure we had the installation completed before my upcoming surgery date. We will be forever grateful.... He is a true asset to your company!
