The customer service was great but the nails dont last very long. I came in and got a V french tip set with rhinestones, nothing too crazy. I left the salon happy with my nails but only a week went by, some of the rhinestones are falling off and the nail tip is separated from the acrylic on top of it. Im not sure if it was actually acrylic or something else but it is separated from the nail tip

If I can give this place zero stars that’s what I would rate them, over priced and my nails came out like shit discover a hidden gem on the Turnpike called Manicure Island which is reasonably priced and my nails came out great and lasted for a few weeks

Scheduled an appointment online, showed up 10 min before time. Nobody greeted me, I mentioned my appointment, young lady told me to follow her, then proceeded to continue a pedicure on her current client. I wasnt sure what to do with myself so I sat down in one of the chairs, waited for over 15 min, then left. There was no music playing, the place was loud and opposite of relaxing. Im glad I didnt keep waiting, I am sure it wouldn't have been an enjoyable experience. Sorry! The energy was just really not nice in this place... A place nearby took me in as a walk in, was attentive and clean!

We booked 2 pedicures for 9:30am. After MIDNIGHT we got a text changing it to 8:30am. We arrived at 8:30am only to receive a text saying 8:45am. At 8:50am we were seated and only I received a pedicure, while
my son waited and soaked. When the tech finished my pedicure, they told my son that they would be with him shortly. We were ignored for over 45 minutes while my son sat with his feet soaking. His feet soaked for an hour and a half. We finally got up, said that we were leaving and they honesty didn’t care. Worst customer service ever. This was a Mother’s Day gift from my son that was a really bad experience. Unacceptable.

Requested style: I cannot have nails too long because of working on a computer all day long.. plus phones.. work with pharmaceuticals and animals.

My nail tech did a great job on my acrylic fill with gel polish and did amazing on the French tip design. The establishment is clean, employees friendly and professional, and the price is very reasonable. My nail tech took her time doing my nails but also finished within a reasonable time which was amazing. It’s been awhile since I found a nail salon I truly liked and I can say this place is great and will be coming back.

I got a manicure from Danny. He was quiet but it was nice because I didn’t feel like talking much. He was friendly. He let Me know what he needed me to do. He did a great job painting my nails. I got a cat eye color and he checked with me about my nail length, nail shape and the cat eye. He was thorough. While cutting my cuticle I started bleeding and he was very careful and helpful to wipe the blood away. Eventually he had to use something to stop the blood. He also did my mom’s fill. He was very good. He was detail oriented and kept checking that she liked everything. I had Tammy for my pedicure, she was also quiet. She was really nice and thorough as well. She also waxed my eyebrows. It was really fast. My mom and I had a good experience. Also, it was speedy to be seen. We just walked in without an appointment on a Monday at 11 am. There were about 6 people on staff. I believe each has their own specialty but also do everything. I think only some of them spoke and understood English more than others.
Cleanliness: The salon was clean. They had their tools in sterilized pouches. They cleaned the foot baths after each use and used disposable bags to cover the foot baths.
