Went down to get a quote to have some work done for my vehicle on a Monday. Was told I would be contacted with a quote by the weekend. It’s now been well over a month and still never heard anything at all from the shop. Super unprofessional. Clearly they don’t wanna actually work, they just want their regular customers to keep coming and do what they do as more of a hobby now. Which is fine, but why even tell me I’ll get a quote if you never plan on doing the work or even looking into it.
