This was my first and LAST time here. I wanted an ombré design but she couldn’t find a color. They have a verryyy limited selection. So I opted for pink and white ombré. She couldn’t figure it out. I showed a mate finish very simple design. It was red and she kept trying to say brown. So I said just forget it no color. She said just base and top coat? I said yes just clear. She took it upon herself to use gel base and top coat. So they tried charging me $42 for gel! I never asked for gel I said regular clear! They should be ashamed for trying to scam customers like that. Over an hour, and no color on my nails. The place itself isn’t very clean, the pedicure chairs are so old the fabric is tearing on all of them. Just bad customer service to do that. Avoid this place. Go to Gold Finch in Newington. They are clean, nice and do an amazing job! They were just busy tonight.Service: Manicure

Not a fan. They charged me $15 for a polish change for my 3 year olds toes. She barley had any polish left on at all to begin with, so it was hardly a “polish change” and the woman got polish all over her skin. Yes, she’s 3 so of course she moved around but she’s had her toes polished many other times and they never came out like this…especially not for $15! They didn’t even use a fan in between coats to help dry or anything. I completely understand it may be difficult because of her age but if that were the case, I would have rather them say they were unable to do it. We won’t be back!

the paint job was so horrendous i left and went straight to the Walgreens across the parking lot to buy polish remover and a similar color. My pedicure however, was honestly very nice, so i'm shocked at how poorly my fingers were done. Regardless of how great the pedicure was, after not even being asked if I liked them, and then having to pay so much for them, I'm never coming back and will tell anyone who wants to go here to steer clear.

Pedicure was expensive and only included a soak and polish. No massage or scrub to smooth feet. For ~ $50 there are better places around the area.
