Mary was our sleep consultant and she took her time questioning us on our sleep preferences and showed us a variety of mattresses and a variety of prices. We were very happy with Mary’s help and information she taught us about each mattress.

All you see on TV is them advertising their big Labor Day sale!!! We went out Sunday to buy a mattress because of the sale only to go there to find ONE saleswoman working!! She was helping another couple (so that made five of us in there) after awhile she came over talked for about two minutes went back to the other couple- we left!!

Located in O'Neil Plaza in a former Blockbuster. I wandered in on a weekday, not expecting to make a purchase, and had the pleasure of dealing with Gil, the salesman, who very patiently explained, suggested, and listened without any pressure to buy. After testing out practically every mattress in the store, I did make a purchase, and there was some sticker shock, not gonna lie! But after waiting about a month I received a call to schedule my delivery, and a week after that, I was lying on my comfy new bed.There was some confusion over what hardware I would need to attach an existing headboard, and then when the delivery guys arrived, they had no clue that I expected them to install it (even though it was on my paperwork). In addition, they showed up 10 minutes early without first calling, so we weren't quite ready for them, but they were very pleasant and professional. All things considered, I'm glad I chose Connecticut Mattress and would definitely use them again in the future.

I visited three stores in my search for a new mattress, plus did a lot of research online, but when I visited CT Mattress’ new store in Newington, Fara listened very well and was able to point me to a couple of mattresses that met my needs very well. She did a great job and I bought her first recommended mattress yesterday. Well done.
